I don’t simp for communists. Communists ARE authoritarians that still exist. But it’s mainly a joke. Ask the CCP and NK how they feel about gun ownership.
@Exnihilo Adnihilum I'm not sure if you know how to read but every instance of facism has disarmed their population as well. So it still has nothing to do with communism. Even right here in a literal democracy states are being heavily restricted. It's a matter of who is pulling strings, not who represents the people.
@@thesmellofbacon7595 I'm not pro-facism either friend. Authoritarian is authoritarian whether it's on the right or the left. If people don't get to say "fuck off" it doesn't matter what your ideology is.
I've watched this several time now and I can't wrap my head around any of it. It's NOT a firearm because there's no bolt? but for the rest of us the part of the weapon that excepts the magazine(lower receiver) is the firearm and is serialized. Drop in bcg presto firearm, remove bcg paperweight? And the criteria for rifle vs assault weapon is where or how it is held? Not barrel length, not stock configuration, not magazine capacity, not even if it's capable of select fire which by my understanding is the definition of assault weapon for nearly the rest of the US. But how you grip it?
There are so many factors here. So an AW is basically a regular rifle. A featureless rifle has to have an obstruction so that you can’t wrap your hand around under than imaginary line made by that ruler. It has to have a locked stock, and have a 16in barrel. The trade off is having no magazine release lock. So you can freely exchange magazines. The alternative is having a mag lock with a “bullet button” or a break, which literally means having to slightly separate the lower from the upper receiver everytime you change a mag out. So obviously the more practical option is “featureless”. This rifle they (juggernaut) moved the trigger housing down, moving that imaginary line down, to where you can wrap your hands around the top of the grip practically and technically is considered featureless. This is why it’s controversial. As for the bolt, there is a difference between just a lower receiver, and an operable firearm. When we display rifles at shows, the bolts have to be taken out, or at least the firing pin, because in law enforcements eyes, it’s not an operable firearm.
@@VintageWarfare Ok so limited magazine capacity and bullet buttons that nearly makes sense. Those will limit the damage and impede the ability to do more damage (reload). Barrel length and pistol, rifle, SBR is mostly nonsense and there's gray areas all over the place. I'm still really struggling with is the whole grip thing. What in their mind does that do? Make it safer? What makes all of this make no sense whatsoever and simply can't drive into their heads is it isn't the gun. It's never the gun. This world and the people in it have lost their collective shit. In a nutshell criminals don't care about your(their) gun laws and impeding your average law abiding sane citizen from owning a firearm, or worse yet, taking them away isn't going to help anything. To prevent America from ever being re-conquered by Britain or someone else, the founding fathers created the Second Amendment. It states the following: "The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" keep arms refers to owning guns and other forms of weaponry. Bear arms refers to the right of a group of common citizens to form a militia. 2: in the early days of America, those who lived on the outskirts (frontier) were in constant danger from Native Americans raiding settlements, as well as a very large population of bears, wolves, and mountain lions that would prey on the frontiersmen. They needed to be able to protect themselves, thus the 2nd amendment was created. They also used their guns to kill animals such as deer in order to feed their families. 3: the 2nd Amendment was also created in order to help keep Government in check, to prevent it from becoming Authoritarian, and to give the people the power to overthrow it if necessary. ( Yes, I am serious, the American people have a legal right to overthrow our government, it is written in the declaration of independence. The modern day uses of the 2nd Amendment are: hunting, self defense, and keeping the government afraid of the people, instead of people being afraid of government. Although rare, sometimes after major disasters that destroy electrical infrastructure or create civil unrest, armed groups of people will emerge (vigilantes) these people use their guns to safeguard their neighborhoods from looters and rioters. They are not villains, they are just protecting what is rightfully theirs. Oh, and also, when you give people a right, they tend to resist it being taken away.

@@VintageWarfare
Ok so limited magazine capacity and bullet buttons that nearly makes sense.
This is kinda a rant and it really shouldn't have to be said for the millionth time and I'm sorry lol

At least there WAS some truth to that… now they are going guns that are owned by millions but used in less than a few hundred homicides per year. Fists, hammers, blunt objects are used more in homicides than all rifles combined
@@TheBigghunter01 the big difference is that gun nuts shoot random people they don't even know and don't even have a gripe with in public gatherings
It just shows that having a large amount of guns in the community is a generally bad idea. Why does somebody need an automatic or high caliber weapon for home defense? It's not as if us houses have thick walls or a .22 isn't enough to kill somebody in close quarters... 🤔
@@TheBigghunter01 More people died in one year after inserting foreign objects into their asshole than the number of people killed in five years with AR-15s.
@@tommono1 that's not what the second amendment was about. It was about defending your freedom from tyranny. Yes I know the government has tanks and aircraft and yada yada, but those things have to be driven by solders willing to murder there own, which I would like to think are rare.
Considering what is an "assault weapon" judging by the way you grip it? Lmaoo I am baffled, has nobody told them lawmakers that these silly rules don't make sense with whatever purpose they're trying to do?
I feel sorry for you guys, I hope one day people get their head out if their asses and make rules that actually make sense
They know how ridiculous their laws are, they just don’t want the people who support them to know what they are really trying to do…
Everybody with more than half a brain cell knows that an assault weapon is any weapon with which you commit the crime known as "Assault." Even the M249 SAW is a Squad Automatic Weapon, not a Squad Assault Weapon.
@@Kovacs343 An assault rifle is a select fire rifle that uses an intermediate cartridge with a detachable magazine. Not just "a gun that you pointed at someone."
@@Mustardgas74 considering I've used one for the last five years, I think I know what an Assault Rifle is. I wasn't talking about what is or isn't an Assault Rifle, just what constitutes an assault weapon.
Edit: besides, the M249 SAW is a belt-fed, gas-operated, air-cooled, open-bolt fired machine gun. Not an assault rifle.
@@Mustardgas74 he said assault weapon. No assault rifle. A hammer used in a crime to commit assault would be considered an assault weapon
so in California if I dont add onions and cilantro to a taco is it no longer a taco and I've committed an illegal act ?
I honestly think its more unsafe because you can get a good firm grip on the rifle making it more prone to jumping around while shooting
Why someone that loves guns would live in Commiefornia is beyond me

Don't ever use word communist, if you do not understand what that word means.
Who are you to tell ANYONE what language they can and can't use? Who are you to bark orders? You're nobody. Communism is good for nobody but the powers that be. Plenty of evidence exists that shows that plain and clear regardless of whatever you want to think or believe facts are still facts.

Can someone tell me why a regular citizen needs an arsenal of assault rifles at home? Please explain im from germany
@@SamyH_amSet How was the Usa started? People with the most modern rifles. Gonna happen again soon
@@SamyH_amSet a couple of reasons.
1: this nation, America, was founded by rebellion against an authoritarian regime, the British empire.
Hilarious that you think California (or anywhere in the US) is Left wing.
My my my how the tree of liberty is looking so dry.
I like how he hadto put his rank patch in the pic.

California be like "how do we make using guns inherently unsafe, even if you handle it right?"
Bruh. The law was to restrict more effective rifles exactly like this one. This is a workaround that circumvents the law. The loophole makes the more dangerous rifle, not the law.
