I really like your intro disclaimer thingie, the problem with these types of videos is that most people take this as a chance to "fix" their subscribers ocs while undermining some important design choices that the oc artist added
Also dont worry about the gaps between your videos your content is definitely worth the wait! ^_^
I'd love to see your take on classic lit! (Ex. Dracula, Little Women, The Secret Garden, Frankenstein, and my personal favorite Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde) A lot of modern reimaginings just aren't up to standard and I think you could really work some magic on them! Question tho, are character submissions still available? If not that's totally okay, can't wait to see your next vid!

AAAAA! My little guy looks so good in your art style! Harlen in a hat is such a lovely sight. Usually when I draw him, I give him the jagged ears but the version I sent was for an art challenge and so he looked like less of a monster hunter that was exiled and disgraced and more like a human man who hunts only werewolves. I was going to cut the accent entirely but I think it would be nice to keep it. Thank you so much for picking my little man. Oh also, it’s like squeegee, like the windshield wipers 💖💖

For rewrite ideas uhh Wednesday? My dad made me watch it with him and WOW there's a lot happening there that could've been done better.
WAIT ONE MORE THING: there's a trick I saw for doing lineart that said to blur the sketch layer and then do lineart over that! Apparently it's supposed to trick your brain into seeing your sketch as a complete image!

for clarification on the royal crest thing cus i like sharing lore lol, she’s still technically the princess but not having the royal crest anywhere on her dress is sort of a subtle jab from either her dress makers or whoever commissioned her dress at her. i’m gonna be honest she’s a rather new oc so her lore is a bit all over the place right now lollll

Would you be interested in rewriting the Ninjago reboot/ redesign? The original designs were really cool and I’m just interested to see where you would take the story! I, as well as many people, have been disappointed with where the series has gone, at the very least on the design aspect. So again, super interested to see how you would’ve rebooted or redesigned the show!
You did so great with Hokum! I think you captured the Tumblr Sexyman imagery I was attempting to give off with his original design (and also his name is just Hokum the Jester, trickster was the daily prompt). Additionally, do you do commissions? you did such a good job with Hokum that I'd be willing to pay you to redesign some of my other Halloween-type characters for a potential RPG.

What a spectacular plethora of character redesigns going on here! I really enjoyed seeing your approach for each of these characters, and also that bit with your reaction about the dets for one of them made me laugh- such a good bit in there I hope you include more of those in the future.
Ps: took me a while to think on a piece of media to slide over to you for a rewrite, but I’m gonna take a risk and say She-Ra: Princesses of Power could use a rewrite for it’s story and lore. To me, I feel like it could’ve taken the concept of she-ra and decolonized it to actually have been a figure that originally belonged to the people of Etheria and then as the First Ones came along to colonize the planet, stole that concept of She-Ra to fit to their idea of She-Ra as a key to their planet killing designs, and Adora (not being a first one in the rewrite but something else, and also POC or Black) helping the princesses reclaim it thousands of years after the first ones were gone.

If your still looking for series to redesign, the Violet Evergarden universe could use some love. It’s a beautiful fantasy retelling of WWII but had some…questionable elements but I think your ability to retell stories would put so much new life into it (also there is lots of collars and ties in that time period and the show sooooo)

as another digital artist i agree 100% with the fact that sketches are so beautiful but lineart becomes lifeless
I think it’d be really fun to see you rewrite Avatar: The Last Airbender series or the… unfortunate incident of the live-action remake. If you end up deciding to rewrite the live-action remake, PLEASE watch book 1 of the series first. Also, your videos are incredibly fun to watch! It makes me really want to find out more about how to draw/how to make characters. Keep at it, and keep making the rewrites! They’re very fun to watch!

Alright, when I saw one of your videos, I immediately binged watch all of it & started to follow some of your social media. Your descriptions for you Winz Club redesign was wonderful to read. Anyway, as for video ideas, I have some thoughts on that!
You could do a character design analysis on Ejen Ali, I do believe the 1st season of it is available in UA-cam. It is a Malaysian animated series produced by WAU Animation, of this boy who accidentally became a spy. Or a redesign video of Boboiboy or Mechamoto. To be honest, I just want you to gush and talk about this shows I hold near and dear to my heart, and also because there are some characters from Ejen Ali & Boboiboy who are so cool and dumb but these aren't well-known animated shows.
So have a good week, these are just suggestion, and that is all!

Even thought HTTYD is a nearly perfect trilogy, a rewrite of the story from you sure would be interesting. Another reason for my suggestion is that I found zero rewrite takes on youtube to HTTYD wich I found surprising. Either people think HTTYD is really flawless or there are rewrite takes but they are hidden by the algorythm really good.
for a rewrite you could do high guardian spice or onyx equinox if you wanna. btw your art is cool
I belive the first video Ive seen of yours was the rewrite of Rise of The Guardians and I instantly fell in love with your design and how you give your input for games and movies. I'm not sure what I would want you to rewrite, I cant think of much right now but there are probably many things that could use a little spark. I would love to see a rewrite of the very underrated game called 'Oneshot' but I dont know if there is much to rewrite, its a pretty good story. Oh well- doesnt hurt to give suggestions does it?
i saw someone suggest a barbie film so im going to do that too 👀 i dont know if the movie has any real substance to it lol but twelve dancing princesses was my favorite and i had an idea a couple years back to redesign the princesses with they’re personalities and hobbies accentuated 🤷

Personally I’d like your take on the Lego elves concept. The writers are far more charming then the needed to be and the story has elemental elves.

Purple + Gold = Royal

I’m not 100% sure but I tend to use square canvases of like 1100 x 1100 px! For smaller frames I just crop those canvases to however small I need them!

Idea for a rewrite. We all know the dog water show Teen Titan Go. The OG Teen Titan was chef kiss but the new one makes me cry my eyes out. My wish they rewrote as something like gravity falls, star vs as evil, owl house something as that nature. If you can heal the show I once love.
Fun Fact: High-heeled shoes were first worn in the 10th century by the Persian CAVALRY to help keep their shoes in their stirrups!! So riding into battle with heels is not only beneficial, but also historical!

I say this as somebody who actually loves that film. I loved it as a kid, I still have nostalgia goggles and love it as an adult because of those goggles... but the story... Some of it just needs some work.
Most of the songs are great, but even as a kid I knew I didn't enjoy it for the story.

The heels look fine they're 1 in and very chunky and heels were originally created so that you could ride in stirrups better
