South Sac just made its way into Elk Grove...

Yep stay away from the northern end of Elk Grove to avoid the south sac element that creeps in. And beware of shady / less-informed realtors who will label the the area just north of Elk Grove as "Elk Grove", when it is actually South Sac and not in the actual EG city limits. (one clue is the home prices being $100k or more cheaper)
