I cannot get my profx6 to record with audacity when I select line 1-2. Any suggestions?

Make sure 3-4 button is depressed as it says in the video. I haven't used Audacity in a long time so if the info isn't in the video I can't remember. Good luck.

FYI, headphones should be plugged into the mixer. Change output on the recorded files to 3-4 then you'll hear them on playback.

That is way way more complicated than my Mackie Pro FX8. I'm pretty sure I can't record multiple tracks with mine.

Yes I can. I don't use headphones. My mains go to monitors.

That's the info I was looking for! I yesterday I got mine, waiting ❤️ one more question: What button is needed to be activated to record the backing track AND the mic (as a live show) in one track (L-R Channel) to set on Audacity?
PS: mine didnt arrived yet.

Hey thanks for watching and welcome to the channel. To record backing track at same time depress "to headphones" button and press "3,4" button then set Audacity to 3 and 4. Good luck.

how did you get audacity to recognize the mixer?

When you connect it usb to your computer you should see it come up as an option in your sound settings. Once you select it and go to Audacity you should hear it through the mixer. In Audacity it will show as profx 1 2 or profx 3 4. Hope that helps 🙏
