So many videos like this on various boats w zero pricing info.
Just attended 2021 Annapolis sailboat show. Bare bones price is nearly $400k. But most end up around $500k
Very nice music - but boats with two wheels are not for me.

I love my two wheels on C400...wouldn't be without it.
I have a C425 and really like the twin wheels. In addition to providing the steering options, the cockpit really opens up for smooth traffic flow. Everything is positive no negatives.

@@LanceEJones 😊. It’s been great. Our first adventure was to sail from Houston to the Eastern Caribbean. Radioed in to Key West for a slip only to refused entry. Found out Bahamas and BVI would not allow entry. COVID ! Did a u-turn, headed back to Houston. Did 1911 miles w/o dropping an anchor. Boat performs great. She is my 10th boat- I’m 78. Her technology makes it possible to keep on…. Keep on!Sail her single handed frequently.

It would probably be appropriate for you to have actual knowledge before making such a disparaging comment. The “5-Series” (425) has significant advancements in engineering/quality & performance over previous Catalina products. I’m more than satisfied. Rest assured, the costs have increased. There is no free lunch.
@@jimschumacher9763 My comment was about the marketing strategy, not about the boat nor her cost. It was specifically about the sign seen around 04:19 where they refer to the boat as "not your grandfather's Catalina". To me it indicates that the brand is being associated with older generations and they have no idea how to communicate with possible younger owners.
I made no "disparaging comment" about the brand or the 425. It would probably be appropriate for you to have 2nd grade textual comprehension before trying to pontificate about things. Just a tip for life.
Wow! I totally misunderstood… I thought we were reviewing and commenting on the “boat” - not on advertising. You know, like this boat is so …whatever…Desperate! Please cut an old man a little slack. 2nd grade was a long time ago. Anyway, thanks for the life tip. I’ll probably not use it; I’ll continue to rely on my 78 years of life experiences to help spot BS or stench when I encounter it. I wish you well in all your endeavors.
