The North side of the house is an area as yet untamed .. a great opportunity to build a forest garden, one step at a time. In order to withstand periodic droughts, we will build a simple system for retaining water into the foundations of the garden .. by jump-starting the same system a natural forest uses: The living soil itself.
In Part Three, Jason highlights just a few of the plants that are finding their home in the new, 300 square foot garden extension .. among them:
    Almond Tree
    Mulberry Tree
    Elderberry
    Goji Berry
    Flowering Quince
    Sage Bush
    Yellow Flag Iris
    Spiderwort
    Orange Daylily
    Yarrow
    White Iris
    Peppermint
    Yellow Daffodil
    Perennial Onion
    Bicolor Daffodil
    Pink Snowdrop
    White Daffodil
    Wild Violet
    Mint Root
    Strawberry
    Clover
    Chicory
    Spotted Bee Balm
    Rose Milkweed
and, for some reason, a prickly pear cactus (currently in cutting form)

I have a dwarf culinary sage plant that is about to bloom. There are no other salvia anywhere near around. Would you like some seeds and/or rooted cuttings? I also have some seeds of select maypop and LOTS of select pawpaw seeds, if you want any. The watercress is flourishing.

Man, they dug mine, Fiber Optic, it was like a small tractor unit with a chainsaw in the dirt, with a spool on it! They hit a boulder at one point, I was there! I could pay more and boost it up so no one could screw with me. ha zip zap! But I'm an ancient soul, really. I haven't given up on OTA television, VHS and my DVD movies! We all, poor income, lost our FAA Affordable Connectivity benefit as per April. Go US NAVY!

I need to do a PSA on gnomes and other lawn ornamentation .. they can absorb water, freeze and crack over the winter. We will attempt to prevent damage by thoroughly drying them out after purchase, and sealing with a poly sealant of some sort ..

Always great seeing ya in action Jason, interesting on all the plants you have there, which will be growing naturally, and producing truly high-quality food, so then I see it is wise to taste the plants(like the wild lettuce)and selective growing, don't plant all, plant the seeds that came from the least bitter plant and there ya have it, homegrown salad, no need for going to the supermarket for your lettuce.

Chopping things up is so satisfying! 😊 Enjoy your videos friend! Fixing to plant your corn. Just planted about 25 apple seedlings I started in the frudge with soil, on to pots, on to the wild. Gollowing the "grow a little fruit tree" method to keep my old arse off ladders!
