I have an electric hob so I wouldn’t be able to do that with my roasting pan, could I transfer the contender into a sauce pan or frying pan?

Just followed your recipes for the beef & the gravy I had a little taste of the beef and it’s perfect as is the gravy however a little to salty for my taste how would I combat this?

Thanks for the comment. You can rinse the beef and pat it dry just before you cook it.
