Thanks for posting this video. I need to repair my window, but it has a crank handle on the left side of the window Paine, what type of repair arm should I use. My windows open vertically. Thanks in advance for your response .

Check the measurement from hole center to hole center on the operator and measure the arm that connects to the interior. Then check the measurements on the operators we offer.
