Tuffhead, Evolution Series, 3 blade sharpening

In this video I show how to sharpen a very dull Tuffhead, 3 blade, using the stay Sharp 344 guide. This head was used in destructive testing and the goal is to see if I can return this head to a useful condition.

Just curious if you ever tried to strop that edge on flat paper instead of your device after creating the edge with the 344 guide.. Seems to me this would strop a very slight micro bevel on to the outer most edge creating a super polish right on the very cutting edge itself. Just wondered if you ever tried that and if there was any sharpness difference.

Just used one for the first time with an annihilator xl. It works very well and the heads are much sharper afterwards. I’ve never polished an edge like I got with this system. I also got the one for fixed four blade tooth of the arrow. And man it wasn’t as easy but once I figured the stroke out I got those super sharp and polished up.
