After 14 years Alex Gordon is retiring. What can I say about this guy. He was everything that was great about the Royals. He was there from the beginning and never complained. He was always ready to play and gave that same energy to everyone else. I will never forget the homerun he hit in game 1 of the World Series. You will be missed Alex Gordon. Thanks for the memories.

Last game of the year while still playing 3rd base ball bounced up hitting him in the eye or nose.

I was ten in 2007 and Alex Gordon was the first ball player I really cared about. I watched him since day one. And I stand by him even through the bad time. He is so amazing to watch play. And I've been a fan of the royals ever since I was born. And Alex Gordon is THE first piece that started the 2015 World Series champs. Thank you Gordon.

Thanks man and I agree I don't know if we would of won the World Series if it weren't for that home run in the 9th! That changed the whole series from that point on.

Well so far in 2019 Alex looks like his old self but I still like to call my left fielder old man cause he’s stuck it out through the years until the World Series in 2015

I know he's had his struggles but he's still one of thee best left fielder I've ever seen. And I'm just glad I got to see his whole career. going to miss him when he retires.

There's so much in life to be thankful for, I for one am thankful for Alex Gordon. I am also thankful for Bradley Henson. Others can make videos of this team that are good but there's a reason Brads are so Awesome!! He's a Royals fan through and through! His videos take you back to moments in time and bring those feelings back even putting your emotions into tears. Not just everybody can do that. You have to have been there!
I love this video as well as every other one you have put together for all of us fans and others to enjoy and to remember.
If asked most likely 85% of people would probably say no to the question "Can Alex play first base" LOL indeed he can and unbelievably you found a clip with him on 1st.
The HR off Jures Familia in the World Series was incredible and so shocking to Jures that he had to just watch it and smile. After all the batters he faced and struck out it was Alex that finally got to him and there was respect from Familia shown on his face.
I think before people new fans etc disrespect Alex because his performance isn't up to par, that they should see this video because his defense is still there and so is the clutch when needed. Alex Gordon is and always has been the face of the Royals, and he will retire a Royal and the best left fielder in the game of baseball if only for his defense!!
Thank you Brad and thank you Alex Gordon for all you do:)

Love this! There has been so much criticism of Alex Gordon, lately. It's so good to be reminded of all of his years of greatness with the Royals! ⚾️💙

i was at home watching the world series... that first game made my emotions go crazy and set into motion my already gut feeling: that we would be world champs once again... when Hoz came home in the fifth game, I knew in my heart we had it... I've been supporting this team and it's players since I was born, and that will never chnage

I agree that was amazing to see how that one home run turned the whole series in our favor. What would of happened if he didn't hit that we will never know, but what an awesome memory! Thank you Alex Gordon!

Great Video the music was spot on. Surely though if you make another video about Gordon and the pan to the year 2017 you got to have the bubble gum diving catch.

Have you guys ever seen Team America World Police? The scene where the Kim Jung ILL asks ‘Why is everee body so fucking stuprid? Wrell, I thrink it’s becrause the Royrals are just so fucking good. I mean wrook at threm, they are so fucking good. They make home rurns and bat and throw and catch like nobrody. Fuck! It’s no wondwer why these fucking Kansas Citry Royrals do so grood. They always do so grood it’s amrazing. They catch, they run, they make double, and sometrimes, triple prays, How the fuck do they do it? I don’t know but they always do. They alwrays make the catch. Every time the basebrall makes its way to a Kansas City Roryal, that baseball gets sent into the fucking stratosphere, way up high, far too high for North Korea nuclear program to shoot that baseball down. Fruck. They are just too damn good
