Disheartened by the haters. Lovely person and home - enjoyed getting to hear more about how she thinks when putting her home together. Not all choices would be mine, but good for her (not for me). More of this post pandemic home stuff please!
Dear Helen It is beautiful Your home and also heart touching, I looked Your video several times and Your warm voice and what You say is so nice to listen/hear...lots of greetings from switzerland, Brigitte
I love the house. I love the desk by the window. Helen is right about how we live and work post-Covid. I am in the process of turning my 2nd bedroom into a home office/walk in. I also have a desk in the hallway, by my books. If I'm working from home up to 3 days per week, the way I work at home (and my comfort in doing so); has to make sense.
I'm about to start looking for a space of my own (+cat) and you have put pretty much described what I'm looking to create. This last 18 months has made us all rethink how we work and use our home spaces for the considerable future. You have created a beautiful space. Thank you for sharing!
@archid77, Hello! I looked & kept backing up the video & determined they were of pools with one person with his back to us on the piece on the right. I think both had buildings of some sort far in the background. I like to hear where people get their art & why the pieces appealed to them. I do not need to know what they do for a living, which is the point at which this video began. She also had her books on a single shelf by the ceiling where they were out of reach. The whole set-up just wasn't for me.
Great way to put it "Genie is out of the Bottle" to pay all the money and not be able to actually LIVE in the home only prepare to GO live 9+ hours in somewhere else...2020 has made us look at LIVING differently...accident or not it is now on the table.
Helen speaks beautifully of how a true home should feel. Her house is absolutely stunning, warm and full of life… a true work of art and love!
Agree with her the measure of success of your home is about people enjoying it and having a goo time.
*good
The view to the garden is stunning. And though the house is design conscious, it is a home that she and her family loves and not a show home.

This is one of my favourite house tours. I'm not usually drawn to modern but this is done so warmly and beautifully. Lovely x
Beautiful home, such great taste and style!

Just love this house - stylish and beautiful but still a home❤
Love her use of reflective surfaces

Love what you've done... stunningly unique, but so cozy at the same time. Bravo!
A good balance of the new and old - some nice finishes and good consideration of light
I like the use of wood throughout the house and I love the big doors and view to the garden.
Lovely insight and she speaks very well x
Beautiful garden!! :-).
Happy that she’s happy👩🦳
Beautiful.
Very homey. Love it. 👍👍👍👍👍
wonderful house.
It's so pretty!!!!!!!
Money doesn’t buy happiness but you can buy a nice house 😊
Garden! 🧡🧡🧡🧡
The outward opening doors to the garden look unwieldy in opening and could be positively hazardous in typical windy winter weather conditions
beautiful 🖤
What wood on the windows?
lovely
What are the paintings on the kitchen walls above the coffee machine ?

Πανέμορφο!!!
I love it
The grey chair at 00:25 and then again later on rocking, any ideas the make or brand?
Tom Dixon Bird Chaise
Through this video I realised I am not made for minimalist lifestyle! 😑
Nice
who makes those orange chairs?
♥️♥️♥️
1:09 what brand is the couch?
The couch looks a lot like the 'Aztec' by Montis
great home but that workbench as a kitchen island is a SIN
old house has history and personality ripped out and is remodeled as oddly stark childcare centre.
The chair at :25 is honestly absurd. How the hell do you sit in that thing.
Just sit and swing!
The same way you sit in any chair, with your butt and back. Use the imagination.
sit and cross your legs get relaxed read book
not all the chairs are designed to sit straight eat or work.
Step one would be to remove the stick you obviously have protruding from your arse...

I don't like interiors that look deliberate and curated.
not great lol
Woke-tastic
