Juice of 1 lemon
250 ml milk
Dough ingredients:
2 eggs
100 g sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
50 ml seed oil
120 g lemon or plain yogurt
180° gr flour
11 g baking powder
1 tablespoon corn starch
Mould:20 cm
The first part of the dough in the oven at 185 degrees for 15 minutes
The second in the oven at 185 degrees for 25/30 minutes
Brush with jam and coconut
