Yes we took some time on the design, we wanted it be as functional as possible and not have anything that would cause annoyance after a while, so we took time in designing the layout, and thinking in detail about what needs to go where for practicality and easily living. I think a key for us was picturing in your mind each section and what you need in each area then designing that after ☺️
My wife & I saw the van a few weeks ago at a car boot sale in Hampshire, and oh how I wish I’d stopped longer to have a chat with you both! What a great job you’ve done with the van, my wife is totally in love with that kitchen! Me? Well, I love the garage! Well done to you both, and what a great life to have together. Love your van build!!! My idea would be to make your access to the cab easier, by making a mini door, with a liftable countertop like you did for the, ‘L Shape’ you have. You would loose the cabinet area but still have the countertop. Probably my idea would be good for single female traveler.
Geez. I am SO tired of long van tours that START by showing irrelevant, things, like look where we keep our shoes. Think about it, people -- and almost everyone does this. If you were selling your home and were showing it people who really wanted to see this great home... would you start by showing them the shoe closet? Seriously, no one wants to see the details --which as here could actually be quite clever-- until after they've seen the panorama, revealing shot of the whole build. I could care less where your shoes are until I have some idea if I actually like the lay out of the whole van... this looks like an unusual really creative use of interior just by the glimpse when you pull back the sliding door... but I'm not going (and neither are a lot of other people when there are 20M people out there showing off their van builds) to hang around for the whole 30 minute vid if you spend the first 10 minutes showing me clever cubbies in the cab. I do not care about clever cubbies until I care about the whole van.
It's a streetwize induction hob. Really good quality brand.. we don't have an affiliate to it on our description, but u can find it on camping websites like grasshoppers. 😊

Good in "design save spacing"! Bed cushion/ mattress must not less than 6feets6inches (international standard)! That's why Van size must not less than 7feets to 8feets wide!!

Great build.I put tension curtain rods in cupboards to keep things from falling out.🎉
