I hope cylinders walls are good. They are skinny and hard to rebuild. This is the worst part of this engine. I recently bought Celica TS year 2000 and it rocks. Good content, waiting for part 2!
Does 2ZZ-GE fits-in Toyota Vios 2007 on mounts or you have to do some alterations? I saw one clip they were doing alterations in engine bay to fit in gear box. Thanks
I don't know this is my first time hearing about that vehicle and engine swap pretty cool... But anytime you swap a engine into a car that doesn't bring that motor you will always do a little modifications
@@2zzgte_jan gotcha. I've talked with different mechanics from US. That's why i have changed my mind from swapping 2ZZ to K24. It will quietly fit in there with more less alterations as compared to 2ZZ. 🫡
I rebuild a 2zz-ge and the cylinder walls fell apart at 900 miles destroyed my brand new pistons and rings cause of the metal matrix composites made of ceramic and fibers cylinder walls worst engine toyota made good luck
2zzge can not be honed cause of the MMC cylinder walls. You can't rebuild them for scratch .Now the 1zzfe motor good excellent engines on the corolla and celicas My family own toyotas. Toyota are best cars but I'm disappointed with the 2zz Yamaha
