Well I was thinking about writing a comment and then realized that I could just make a video to show you. What's crazy is like I was one of the first people to get these. I ordered them from I think castlemania games and pre-ordered them so I'm surprised that I got the version 2.0 receivers
@@8bitjoystick I think they are all marked V2(on usb receiver), V1 were all their original nintendo and sega 2.4 ghz controllers, they will go in somewhat secure but you have to mash them in from the top as I can see you did, the 8bitdo one isn't the best either but is more secure, something that makes no sense at all the $3 extension cable I got from aliexpress fits in better than the OEM controllers so I'm using that for the receiver

@8bitjoystick I got mine in mid December of 2023 from Amazon. I still have the boxes, no mention of having v2 receivers on the boxes.
