I think back to season one where Chloe and Maddie did a trio, a solo, and were in the front for every group routine, and I can’t help but wonder where Nia would be had she been given that same attention

The scene after Nia, Paige, and Mackenzie’s energy trio is truly so sad. To watch three young beautiful talented girls anxiously waiting to be battered by their dance teacher is heartbreaking. Yes they messed up but they’re children. To learn any dance in three days let alone a trio is impressive in itself. Lifetime should be paying for these girls therapy.

11:16 Chloe really impressed me during this episode. The fact she kept dancing. She could’ve pulled it up, and everyone would’ve understood but she didn’t wanna break the illusion and flow of the dance. She’s a professional. If I was her dance teacher, I would praised her so heavily for her professionalism.

@Lisooya they are saying that being like Maddie and being at the level of Maddie are two different things. The first is more like doing all the types of dances she did and all the styles etc. while the second is just having the same technical ability
I think the trio with Kendall, Maddie, and Chloe looked fab when Chloe sat further away because it made the story in the beginning look like they had different opinions and they started to agree with each other. It was FABULOUS
Nias Trio with the 2 young gentlemen was absolutely FLAWLESS. Technically one of the better dances all season. All 3 of them killed it and was sad to see only Holly excited.
When Chloe literally couldn’t be near Maddie and Kendall, I felt like it worked anyway. It looked like the other 2 were talking to each other and she comes in and does her bit. So not only did Chloe did the right thing, it looked better.

I felt so bad Paige in season 1. Brooke was going through her teenager stage which made Abby mad for some reason and Kelly was always getting into fights with Abby and Paige always got punished for it even though she never did anything that hurt Abby.
It was really sad when mellisa only cared about maddies trio and didn’t give a single cr*p about Kenzie’s.

1:57 that was edited, there was actually a fudge stand at the competition and Kendall wanted to buy Abby some fudge, but they were about to go onstage so that's why Jill said "You go do good in that trio, and the $20 is yours" because after the trio Kendall went with Chloe and Maddie to buy the fudge with Jill's $20. If you say how did I know that, multiple moms and the girls have said it at meet-and-greets. Also at 2:02 if you listen closely Jill says "You can help-" like help buy it, not "You can have it."
