Hello. I have a similar problem with the driver side window. When you try to close the window the first stage of the switch does not react at all while the second stage of the switch (that is supposed to do the one touch function) closes the window for as long as you keep pulling it. It works fine when you open the window. Also, other windows work fine.
I tried all the recommended reset methods, but none solved it.
Might it be a deeper issue?

Weird - sounds like a faulty switch… have never seen that symptom before!

Mine tries to go up but gets stopped twice before going up
