There are many other videos say for soundproofing you need mass and density so Rockwool is not a good soundproofing material
It only absorbs some high frequencies and reverb
Is the a product for 2x6 walls soundproof

Do you have to seal around the box w some type of sealer afterward?
Use sound proof pad. That you can form around the box.
If this stuff gets on your skin while you sweat... Ooooee! Watch out now! I learned the hard way, this stuff is NASTY!
THAT type of Rockwool does NOT soundproof at all.
One HAS TO USE THE DENSE TYPE of Rockwool.
