I don't think I will get it, as you can see i did not keep my eye on the time, and messed up the first question. Also this time around they didn't give you a second try. So let's see but I expect an unsuccessful result!

I've been dry prepping for a few days, I turned on the camera for the first time to practice last night and couldn't believe how bad I sounded and looked.. lol.
Been practicing all day today and got to the point where my shirt color is good with my face and the lighting is good. My voice is calm and I can give a natural smile finally. Also trying to get rid of the unconfident look between points and the way I clear my throat for NO REASON.
This is not as easy as it looked.
Thanks for sharing this man, you cracked me up after the first question lol. I will be having my internship interview through Hirevue next week( I said next week because I am not ready yet lol). It feels so stupid to do this type of interview.

Was customers engagement part of the job description?
What if you've never worked with customers before
Ofcourse it is....lol. it's customer sales! That's the whole point!
Ask your self with who have you work with? People? Humans? Then just see what is transferable from you previous job to this one. You may not have worked with customers but people are people.
If you haven't done that well then go do it, find a quick job in hospitality or somewhere where you work with people and or customers and get your experience!

Otherwise if you get two attempts open word and copy the questions as they come... type them out, Google the answers, learn the fuck out of them then when you ready and happy with your final result Send away! You might be at the computer for a while though.
Last option (possibly the best one, and the one they are looking for but takes time....have a steady job in customer service hospitality or similar....and look for if not even create situations that could be asked in a potential future interview... It's not lying because it happened but they don't know you preplanned or set up the whole thing. Come time for the interview remember all your experiences and simply talk about it...

R - Reflection (What did you learn?)
I appreciate this video as I also have a video interview with Vodafone coming up. Just a quick question, I noticed that you already knew what questions were going to be asked as you had it on the word document. How did you know this?
They never changed the questions and I kept getting invited for a video interview thus I had multiple opportunities. Eventually I learnt the questions but then when they changed it in the final moment I was caught off guard.
They also gave you two shots to attempt the questions. Hence why I just studied the questions on the second attempt before I decide to press the send button.
Also on the final moment they only gave me one attempt so I ended up messing it up. Even though I had multiple attempts and had refinded my answers to the same question multiple times I never got past the video interview. Kept getting turned down
