Sir i have confusion for example A istigates B to murder C but b refuses the same in this case A has committed the offence of abetment but in above example three igredients are not exist as acts rea therefore i want some explanation whether only guilty mind may contitute an offence or not

2- Suppose a boy is riding an car he did'nt crossed the speed nor he was using mobile but accidentally a lady came in front of his car and died. will he be punishable

Mr.Sudhir you are guiding, teaching and also spreading awareness about the IPC laws but I think in order to teach this sensitive information, you should use your impressions that if someone is killing someone, so he would loose the badge of humanity. I have gone through from your lecture and coming to the conclusion as a viewer that you should also guide people not to involve in any kind of inhumane activity. We know our laws that it's being used to save powerful people but on the other hand there are some great people who used the laws in an appropriate manner.
