My father took 25 lakh ($34,161) from Dubai islamic bank, we don't know what he did with that money! came back to India on February 2019. Then, he borrowed 27 lakh from Union bank, using a our old house as security and gave that money to his girlfriend. And now, he again top-up that loan to 35 lakh and escaped with her. Me & brother are still students. We will become homeless soon. We don't know what to do. Is there anyway to move legal against him?.
-the property is under his name!
-is there any chance to get our house back?
-the house was build by selling our mother gold, he did nothing !

Sir I want to discuss here that bank ie State Bank of India has cheated me three times complete many times but all in vain . Bank has seized my money more than 4lakhs .The bank is located in Chandigarh in sector 15 PU.I lost my bag contained fdr worth 8 lakh But when bank made duplicate fdr bank issued only 4 lakh fdr. Sir apka vedio bohot hi acha laga.. but, ek sabal tha apse, main ek property khridna tha kisise 8 lakhs rupees me, to iske liye 2 lakhs advance le liya mujse white paper pe likhke. 2 lakhs advance deneke bad muje pata chala ki o land collector ne unke naam pe allot kiya hain to jahir si baat hain ki o land o bina collector ke permission se bech ni sakta. Uske bad maine unko bola k ap collector ke permission le aye uske baad main o land kheridunga nahito main nahi purchase koronga aur mera 2 lakhs rupe vi dena parega. Uske baad wo mera paisa na deneka vaan kar raha hain. To e kiya 420 ka case ho sakta hain.

Sir ji we had made a legal franchise contract with the master franchisee .....before making a Contract The master franchisee introduced one person as a Director to us ....later on this person has Signed a Franchisee agreement on the behalf of Master franchisee ......but after few months we came to know that the person who signed the agreement on behalf of the master franchisee is not a Director of the Master franchisee or he is not even the employee of that master franchisee he is just a Friend of the Master franchisee ....and The original director of the master franchisee asked him to sign the agreement as he was his friend ...... this Scenario comes under cheating or not please Guide us ....thanks
