Oh read tons of the manuals... I do not have Text To Vector on Windows panel and on the properties... on hour passed but with no luck. Reseted preferences and illustrator. MacBook Air m1, macos Monterey 12.4. How to enable AI feature please let me know! The latest Illustrator 28.0 installed from Creative Cloud.

Why my ilustrator always says that "We are experiencing high demand" When i was try the text to vector featues.? Any solutions?

Super frustrating. Literally says that you have to use Beta version on the "whats new" graphic, and opens Beta version when you click "try it now" . Neither version has this feature available on screen, in menu or in properties.
OK I see - i had to shut everything down. Open AI, click What's New, click "try it now" and then it re-opened AI Beta and it was magically there. That's a hot mess.

Yup, same here, updated today to 28.1 and the feature is missing...
I asked this in Adobe's discord, and they said it's only in the regular 28.0 Illustrator update; it works now.@@vaclavvesely2892
Hello Václav, I see that you are using the 28.1 beta version of Illustrator. The Text to Vector Graphic (Beta) feature is not available in the beta version of Illustrator. To access this feature, you'll need to update to the GA (Generally Available) public release, which is Illustrator version 28.0.
Please check for updates manually in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and you should see the option to update to version 28.0. If updating doesn't resolve the issue, you can also try signing out and then signing back in. If you're part of an enterprise environment, you may need to request your administrator to deploy the v28.0 update for you.

I'm using version. 28.1 on a Mac but I do not see this feature, it is not under the windows tab and neither in the Properties tab

@AdobeCare for some reason I thought that to use the new features (including the Text to Vector) I had to download the Beta version of Illustrator, but that was not the case. Thanks
