Just saw her live at the 泡泡岛 festival in Fuzhou and heard this song for the first time. I think her set was the most fun and energetic at the whole festival.
It's amazing how far Amapiano and it's influence has reached. It's a fairly new genre and I remember how artists from different genres in South Africa said it would die down quickly, and yet it continues to soar around the world.

@@esthernnenna7286 When I made this beat I was looking forward to see people argue about the genre cuz it’s influenced by both Afrobeats and Amapiano 😂 I also purposely swapped the log drum out for 808s to give the vocal more space.
Producer friends in South Africa told me they’d class this song as “AfroPiano”, which is still under the Amapiano umbrella… or is it under Afrobeats?… haha, I’ll let you lot decide 😂😅
