+MattJ155 Are you using the body modifier method? If yes, the very next byte after the car's body code is the color. Just add a 30xxxxxx code after the body code using the value for blue color (Pupik's website has all color codes).
I found a cheat which places 5 cars you can select in the pool for the event generator. Some cars can appear multiple times but it is still nice to drive against the real cars and not just they're bodies.
You get it by winning the Seattle Circuit 100 Miles endurance. There's a chance of getting the Ford GT90 though, so you might not get it in your first attempt.
Perfect race. Denso Sard Supra, Cerumo One Supra, Castrol Supras '96 and '99, and a hybrided Tom's Supra and TRD 3000GT so they can keep up.

How do you put race-modified cars? I've tried on all NTSC versions but it still shows its road body.
You could make a Custom Race between the hidden cars (Like the CLK Race Car & GT40 Mark III Race Car :)

IIRC not all cars can be selected that way, which kind of ruins the fun.
