I don't see how the studio is gonna be able to release Gunn's Superman film or any or other DCU projects that haven't been filmed yet. They clearly to do not have the resources to market, advertise, and promote these projects. That's why their presence at the SDCC was almost non existent, so I think his Superman will get cancelled some how and the studio will probably get sold, which serves them right because they are the shadiest film studio in Hollywood history.

Need to look at net debt, they have 3-4BN cash on hand I believe. The value of the company doesnt matter when looking at debt. You look at debt vs free cashflow. So they have 37BN in net debt and 7BN in yearly free cashflow. Around 20-25BN in debt would be considered healthy for a company with that level of free cashflow (3X ratio)

Likely the AyerCut, back on 2021, alongside with the SnyderCut, would’ve been a better choice as well, then TSS might have been able to break even had it been released after rebooting. if I'm not mistaken the last movie before Barbie to make 1 billion was Joker (2019). WB is in a big hole right now. Yeah Dune, The Batman and the Kong films are making some money but they're not making that much giving the state that the studio is.
And you have to remember, Dune and the Monsterverse are produced by Legendary Pictures, WB has only a distribution deal on those movies.

The only reason the movie numbers are up 19% compared to this time last year is because there isn’t a writer’s strike taking place right now and projects are coming out now, unlike Q2 2023. I think their first step regarding the Snyderverse/DCEU would be to release the Ayer Cut of Suicide Squad to reignite interest in the version of those characters. Then, sell the Snyderverse to another company, and then sell the DC to the same buyer as the Snyderverse or another company all together.
WBD will avoid a complete selling-off for as long as possible, but the end will eventually come.💀

I think they should’ve at least made decent DC movies last year. Then the studio would’ve been able to profit from them. Say, Wonder Woman 3 (March), Aquaman 2 (June), The Flash (August), Batgirl (September) & Batman Beyond (December). Also, a Batman Beyond video game might have played out better. Likely the AyerCut, back on 2021, alongside with the SnyderCut, would’ve been a better choice as well, then TSS might have been able to break even had it been released after rebooting.
Just some thoughts on this matter.
