  • This is me running through Koryo. We have all of our 1st Degrees at our school learn this form and show it at their testings. They get graded on the execution of the form at their 2nd degree testing in addition to our regular curriculum. These are not World Taekwondo style stances, but more of an ITF style stance. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Some great videos for sparring but Poomsae has many faults. I have lots of things working on myself and as doing tkd for while know some of them are due to changes in technique of the years. Lots have things have changed, back stance is half foot shorter than front stance and on right side you moved foot into longer stance from front to back? Agree that front stance is too wide. First block should be shoulder height. Sparring is more your forte, you are super fast. Check out some of the latest world champs for up to date changes on Poomsae.

This might be purposeful, but you rmovements are stiff, but not strong, especially towards the end they get sloppy and lose power.

Stances was to wide and you don't swing your arm when making down palm strike , walking stances was way to stiff and narrow and not wide enough but other than that good job.
