Very easy. 5% - basic understanding (present in the guide as well to my memory) about how wind, sails and keel(s) work together. 10% - when you get the cat, roll it upside down on a calm water and practice recovering from this state standing on a lower hull and pulling main sail rope over the upper one. Once you feel confident recovering from capsizing - remaining 85% are shown in this video.
When you turn, turn with the wind, not agenst to the wind. You will gain more traction and time.
Good advice, but on Snagov Lake on that time i was tacking close hauled, so i must turn into the wind
Which tool / software did you use to put heading and speed on to clip?
All videos are managed with gopro. If on device you enable gps than you can add data mixed with video.
