Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I actually think I prefer these over the 1100-LFC! I’m a big fan of bandpass subs like the D&B B22, but I don’t hate this sub at all. Rig was 6 M’elodie per side, and 2 700-HP per side in stacked cardioid config. They’re absolutely insane with a M’elodie rig.
700 has only 4 amp continious input according to the manual, under half of the 10 amps in the 1100. If you ab test them you will also notice a strange noise from the ports at 700 waisting lots of spl.
To be fair, it was a fairly small outdoor space that last I heard Meyer 700-hp subs in. They might be a bit underwhelming when paired with Milo arrays, but they sure seemed powerful in a M’elodie setup! Last time I heard the 1100-LFCs, on the other hand, was an indoor arena with a mix of flown and ground stacked subs, and a giant Meyer LEO/LYON rig. The subs just kinda sounded… meh. But I’m sure they can go louder. I’ve heard a similar amount of L-acoustics KS28s go extremely loud in the same arena a few times, and I’ve also heard similarly insane SPLs at a music festival with ancient D&B B2 subs in a large open outdoor field. Both were enough to blur my vision from the very back. I guess I’m yet to hear the 1100-LFCs to their full potential! Can’t wait to hear the 2100-LFC at a concert sometime. That thing looks insane!

unfortunately not correct, in the middle there is an air cooling system for the amplifier and both are encapsulated from the pressure chambers.
Ultra High-Power Subwoofer ----- why ?
Complètement faux ! Ne correspond pas du tout au vrais 700hp .
Chaque haut parleur a sont propre volume .
