    Very nicely and crisp explanation.
    What are the charges if we ask someone else to fill the form to avoid any mistake to avoid blockage of the initial ammount.
    You don't have to be present at the time of draw.
    What I mean if your is drawn in lottery, is there any possibility of foul play after that.

    Hello @PropertyWithManish, thanks for this informative video. I have two questions.
    1. Do we have to pay extra 10% on top of per sq mtr rate for the lease rent? For e.g. A plot of 300 meter will cost 777000 + 77700 (10 % of 777000) or just 777000.
    2. What happen after 90 years when the lease tenure is over ?

      Yes you can sold after 15 years, confirm below the cost you lost your money, almost area covered from village/Illiterate peoples. Better investment in mutual funds.

    There's a clause of 16 eligibility to apply general category - 3rd point - "those who have been already allotted residential plot/flat in any scheme are not eligible to get allotment under this scheme." So if we have already a flat from gaziabad authority so can we apply or not?

      Hi, both are different Development authority, so you can apply in this scheme.

    New plots being added in the Scheme and number of plot has been increased to 961 total plot 120 mtr - 312 plot , 162 mtr - 298 plot or 200 mtr -154 plot

    Jab registration link open hi nahi hua, to scheme launch kaise ho gai July 5th ko?
    Resale nahi kar sakte so this is not an investment option then?

      Hi, Agar aapko form aaj hi bharna hai to aap yamuna authority ke office jaakar form fill kar sakte ho, aur agar aap online bharna chahte hai to 1-2 din mein online website bhi active ho jayegi.

      Nope. 70% max finance hota hai. Registration amount plot ke case me bank finance nahi karte. And ye 70% bhi kaafi acche profile (Cibil + income) walo ka hi hota hai.

      90 Years lease means you will have this property in your name for 90 Years after 90 years you will have to check with the govt norms at that point of time.

      3 options of payment is there.
      Option 1: 100% payment within 60 days.
      Option 2: 50% payment within 60 days and rest in 2 equal halves in 2 half yearly installment.
      Option 3: 30% payment within 60 days and remaining amount will be in 10 installments on every 6 months.
      GST is 10% on option 1 and 13 % on option 2, 3

      The general plots we can’t resale to people other than legal heirs (except if you give in written to yeida authority & they approve of the transfer) & industrial plots only after 5 years of possession.

      There is a condition on resale which is generic in every scheme. Pls read the scheme document your query will be clarified. You can sell / tranfer the plot on satisfying few conditions
