[mukbang/cookbang with THIEN]: PINK SAUCE (Tomato-Alfredo) Penne Pasta with Shrimp and Caprese Salad

- I'm giving you that contagious "Pink Eye"... I mean "Pink Sauce" love here ❤️. Today, we will be enjoying a blend of Alfredo sauce and Tomato sauce 🍅 with penne pasta 🍝 - also known as Tomato-Alfredo pasta. Even though this is nothing original, I was inspired by the pasta dishes at Mama D's Italian Restaurant in Newport Beach, CA 🌊. However, this time I paired the dish with a refreshing side of Caprese salad 🥗 and rosemary olive oil bread 🍞.
Just to elaborate, the topic I covered in this episode regarding fitness 🏃🏻 and nutrition 🍎 are solely from my own personal weight loss journey; my methods of losing/maintaining weight may not be suitable for everyone 🙂. Let's be very clear, though - everyone's physical and chemical processes are very different. With that said, I will happily answer any questions regarding fitness and nutrition 👌🏼.

🍝 PINK SAUCE:
Garlic, minced, 3-4 cloves
Onions, finely chopped, 1/2 a medium size
Petite diced tomatoes, 6 oz
Classico Alfredo sauce, 10 oz
Garlic Tomato sauce, 2 oz
Salt and pepper
🍤 PASTA:
Penne pasta, uncooked, 160 g
Shrimp, 80 g
Parmesan cheese, 1-2 tbsp
Spinach, 1 cup
Red pepper flakes (optional)
✔️ [CAPRESE SALAD + BREAD]
🥗 SALAD:
Tomato, sliced
Mozzarella cheese, 4 oz
Basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
🥖 BREAD + DIP:
Rosemary Olive Oil bread
Olive oil
Fried garlic
