IMPORTANT: Please note that there is no similar structure in English. These sentences sound like a passive voice, but they are not, so the example: “come-se bem em Portugal” does not correspond to “it’s eaten well in Portugal”, you would need to add a subject like- “you (can) eat well in Portugal/ people eat well in Portugal/ we eat well), or even to rephrase it and use a noun instead: “the food is good”.

I was taught the way to think of these is to use the subject "one." "One decorates the roads for Christmas". "One speaks Portuguese", "One eats well in Portugal." It doesn't always make more sense, but it can be helpful when dealing with "subjectless" sentences.
Yes, I laso translate it that one sometimes, but somehow I think these other forms sound more natural in English.

Am in Portugal working in building construction but name of building construction materials name is my problem
lol, I don't know anything about building construction material even in my own language, and I doubt that anyone else would be interested in that here. How about you check infopedia.pt, you can find a bilingual dictionary there, so whatever your native language is, you'll be able to find those words.
The translation is hiding the Portuguese words..
