Why was the killer good at applying eyeliner and lipstick 🤷♀️
UA-cam tutorials
honestly there are guys who are really good at it, and there are women/girls that are not good at it. But still can be funny to think about.
he is john gum
Are you dumb? It was literally stated in the video
"would u do me? Id do me"
There's an even more mundane reason for the trope of partying = death in teen slasher movies. When John Carpenter & Debra Hill wrote the Halloween screenplay, they felt they needed a plausible explanation for why the teenagers were so quickly overcome by Michael Myers. The reason they came up with is that the teens were too distracted because they all wanted to hook up with each other. It was not originally intended to be about teens being "punished" for partying too hard. It was more about saying that you're less likely to get killed if you pay attention.
Honestly it falls in line with the old body swap trope. Both people involved in the swap learn something from walking in the other person’s shoes. The killer becomes more creative and learns what it’s like to be weak and vulnerable. (But he still dies in the end because it’s a horror movie.) and Milly learns to be stronger and more confident as a result of her time in his body. Now will she herself become a serial killer? probably not, however she will probably be a much stronger person whom has the strength to stand up for herself and fight back. (Although she may have a lot of explaining to do in terms of most recent events to keep herself out of prison because she’s probably going to be blamed for the murders the killer committed while in her body.)
The killers live in horror movies all the time
@@msjkramey yeah but if we are talking about the whole growth and happily ever after kind of endings that body swap tropes usually have then he’s gotta die because there’s no way to have it be happy for him.
I'm imagining Millie facing another serial killer in college, and further pushing that violent streak with the subsequent sequels (where she eventually becomes the wolf herself). But that seems like a boring thread to continue on
Hear me out, it comes out in a vigilante style. Like she becomes addicted to hunting down serial killers.
I think we need to talk about how the butcher also almost seemed to want to take Millie under his wing, at least that's the impression I got at the end.
Thank God someone else is talking about this movie
Why do they show a sketch of the killer when he’s escaped….
He was in jail (technically sanatorium for the criminally insane), they should def have a picture of him.
that's a very good point!
Just discovered your channel recently. I'm liking it so far!😁
Ah thanks so much!
Chris Landon lost his father when he was 16.
I remember the first time I saw this movie. I loved it.
This movie shocked me with how good it was. The story is very interesting and it's just a fun film. I did not expect this to be some existential look at the film but glad it gave me something to think about.
I always knew there was something special about Freaky and your breakdown solidified that
