And guess what, the defense is setting the jury to think, this. If you are afraid, doesnt matter where you are, you are allowed to defend yourself. But thats nor being applied for Botham, its being applied for her. And it was a mistake, and her frame of mind at that time was not to kill a man, but defend herself. Why do think the DA is not going for Murder 1?
Because it was ruled out by the Grand Jury that she did not go to the apartment with the intent to kill.
But that is contradictory to what eye witnesses are saying, in turn she's not facing the death penalty or life without parole. She's facing 5 - 20, for Manslaughter in the second degree, even that is downgraded.
As you can see she is halfway positioned to rob the family from the they deserve. And then, when the wrongful death suit is approved maybe 7million. And the tax payers will cover that.
I say hit the city for 75million, now that will kill the roads, new infrastructure, and the Mayor had better start asking more questions of the chief of police.

The furniture was different and the TV was on. If the TV wasn't on prior to the body cammed officer showing up, then who would have turned it on, and why? And, if the TV was on, and loud enough to be heard, (maybe to her apartment), prior to her shooting him, but not loud enough to drown out the body cam recording, who turned the TV down? Did she come home after 12 hours pissed off that his TV was "too loud" and kill him?

    • @akilla214u2c
      @akilla214u2c 5 років тому +1

@Pretty Woman but no one has testified to the banging on the door. Even the college grad across the hall stated that he disnt hear it.
The neighbor next door to the college student didnt hear the banging, but in testimony indicates the lights were on right after the shooting.
The ME testimony should be the nail on the coffin. At the angle of bullett entry, theres no way that happen with him charging her.
The better question is.. We know she did, we know it was wrong, we know it was not an accident.
But why did she shoot him? It wasnt fear, nor a threat?
Cut the BS, why did she shoot him? Was blk hate a contributor.
Why didnt the DA introduce past shootings? And complaints of brutality? Any history of race hating rants?
I dont believe the DA really went after her like he did in other criminal cases.

It really is that simple DL. If you made a mistake and took a life, that's too bad, you should pay the price. How many people do you know who have made an honest mistake and paid the ultimate price? Ignorance is not an excuse for breaking the law, or taking a life. The only thing she was worried about after taking this man's life while the medics were administering cpr, was losing her job, and texting another male officer she was involved with. This story does not make sense to me. She executed this man without giving him an opportunity to leave his own home. He was not armed. He did not threaten or attack her. He was in his underwear eating a bowl of ice cream. Her actions do not meet the aleged crime. Even if he was in the wrong apartment, there is no need to draw your weapon until your life is threatened. De-escalte the situation, and allow him to leave. Wtf!

Let’s see if this young black man who lost his life minding his own damn business in his own damn apartment will get the same swift treatment with a hefty Reparations on top 🤔.

Even if I park on the wrong level, I still know the sounds and smells, never mind the familiar cars that I see - even when I'm pissed drunk, I can find my door.
She murdered him. End of story.
Let's see, shall we, if the thin blue line will protect a cheating, lying, meth head.
If they do, everybody out to the streets.

“They were trying to force us to say that we burglarized a Coke machine out of $8,” David Rodriguez said. “We had nothing to do with that that night. He was mostly questioning my brother. When he wasn’t getting the answers he wanted, that is when he pulled out his gun. He opened the cylinder with me right next to him. I couldn’t really tell if he was emptying it or filling it. He put the gun up to his [Santos’] head. He said, ‘Now you are going to tell him the truth.’”
    Cain clicked the pistol once.
    Nothing happened.
The officer then told Santos there was another bullet in the revolver.
Cain, according to testimony, said Santos’ last words were: “I am telling the truth.”
The next shot pierced Santos’ skull. The squad car filled with the light of the gunfire. The two officers jumped out. More officers arrived. Cain’s weapon was taken. At his trial, his defense contended that the officer had believed his gun to be empty.
An officer who was outside the patrol car testified that Cain jumped out of the car after the shooting and said, “My God, my God, what have I done; I didn’t mean to do it,” according to Cain’s appeal of the verdict.
Meanwhile, David sat in the car.
“You are going to be all right,” he remembers telling Santos. His brother didn’t respond.
Blood pooled on the car floor.
“The next thing my feet were all wet with warm liquid.”
    Wary of police
The death of Santos rippled quickly through the Little Mexico neighborhood.
Even before then, Sol Villasana remembers a childhood in which Mexican-Americans had been wary of the police.

Listen, I have two siblings who are police officers. They both have said that if what this woman says is true, she should've called the police and said that an intruder might be inside of her supposed apartment. None of it makes sense. She kills the man and THEN and only THEN does she realize that she's in the wrong place?? Knock it off!! I've been tired as hell getting off work. I've gotten home and wondered how the hell did I get there. But I've never pulled up to my neighbor's home and thought that it was my own. No! She murdered the man and she's the only person who knows why.

Agree with your statements. April 28, 2019; the Australian woman’s family, received justice for her death. The Police in Minneapolis, tried to blame the Australian woman for her death. A few days after the lady died, the Police went back into the Australian’s woman’s house to attempt to locate any drugs, so she could be blamed for her own death, rather than the police officer’s fault.
