    材料:1把米粉、50克叉烧、6只鲜虾、1颗洋葱、1个青辣椒、1个红辣椒、2瓣蒜、1把青葱、2个鸡蛋
    酱汁:1勺咖喱粉、1勺蚝油、1茶勺盐、1勺白糖、5勺清水
    1)热锅热油,把鸡蛋&鲜虾炒熟取出备用
    2)锅留底油,把泡软的米粉炒香至微微焦黄取出
    3)锅再加少许油,爆香蒜末洋葱,加入青红辣椒叉烧一起爆炒
    4)最后加入米粉,炒好的鸡蛋虾、青葱&酱汁翻炒均匀即可❤️

    1) Heat oil in a hot pan, fry the eggs & shrimp until cooked and set aside
    2) left oil in the pan, fry the soaked bee hoon until fragrant and take out
    3) Add a little oil to the pan, sauté minced garlic and onion until fragrant, add green and red chili pork and stir-fry together
    4) Finally, add bee hoon, stir-fry the fried eggs, shrimp, shallots & sauce evenly ❤️
