I find that pre treating my mop head once every 2 weeks and throwing it in the washer after every use (which for me is only once a week) keeps it from being dingy
I think it's a great idea because I put mine in the washer and for some reason there is still hair/dirt and other fiber stuff stuck to it...I think the re washing it will help

Ahh yes, I did on the third time. But I was so grossed out by the color of the water!!

I used to wash it in my front load washing machine but it broke one of the inner parts in the tub . now only hand wash with hot water.

What kind of bleach did you use?
Clorox clean up.
I put my mop head into the washing machine. I put it into a lingerie bag.
Bleach ruins micfriber
