Excellent video, I’ve been struggling on a lovely predawn seascape with a horrible blown moon forever. Trying to replace the blown moon with a correctly exposed example has been driving me crazy haha. I can’t wait to try out your technique now and hopefully get the perfect result 👍🏻👍🏻

Nice job Christian! I do think that scaling the moon down after adding the glow caused compression and made it look a touch like a halo.
