Hey Nick, love your videos! I was wondering is it possible for you to do videos for 2 topics? First, how to position your fingers when you are palm striking, especially your thumb. And second is kinda 2 part one,how to defend yourself against the attacker with dog and how to defend against pack of stray dogs. Keep up with good work!

That's a nice drill to practice, but in a real fight this wouldn't do anything against an attacker of that size/strength if he was aggressive enough, he'd just push forward full force and you'd have to depend on your leg strength almost entirely.
It's great against equal or slightly stronger/bigger opponents.

Great work as always Nick, though I'd let you know the thumbnail says "stricking drill" though. Keep up the great work!

He is a good instructor but definitely not the best.not even close to being the best you need to do way more research on instructors to see who is out there.

I don't like this drill at all whatsoever.you are using way too much energy and muscle especially against a much bigger and stronger attacker or opponent who will just steamroll your ass and drive you directly into the fucking concrete.i would much rather keep my hands up and maintain my distance and use side to side lateral movements.if the person does get in close, I would use the helmet defense, protect my face and head, try to get some strikes in maybe some knees and definitely create some distance, but staying in close with a much bigger and stronger attacker for a long period of time in my opinion is not very smart or effective unless you have some serious fucking close quarter combative experience, like some high level jkd wing Chun skills. With good effective footwork and good lateral movements, it will make the larger opponents have to use more energy and cardio. A lot of big guys have a lot of power and strength but their cardio is suspect.
