They are all ignorant. I wonder if the man in blue is a real doctor. Announcing a paternity results in a litigation is not the duty of a doctor. It is neither the duty of a presenter. It must be done in a court of law.
Which Act states so? I wish to read. But if you doubt you are a father to a child and go for a test, you don't need to send to court for interpretation?
@@Mimi-jk9jc This is law, not an act of Parliament. Any genuine registered doctor will not serve as an arbiter in a paternity dispute. If a doctor requests for a Lab test, the results are sent to the doctor for interpretation and he can announce the results to the client. In a paternity dispute, the judge requests for the DNA test to be done and the results are sent to the judge to announce the results. The doctor or lab scientist is not the one to announce the results.
@@relax0180 Aren't you contradicting yourself? So who must interpret this very report since there's no court summons,but a case resolution by "some people or reasonable leaders within a community"(let me put it that way).
