Today's lesson... Emily deals really well with stress 101.
I’m always envious of people who thrives under pressure , you pressure me a little and I crumble
I always enjoy watching you struggle...
Aren't you supposed to be getting attacked by evil goats at a park or something?
Well I do go and steal attention from her on her channel so she does the same here :P
That park was the best day ever XD
I thought this was a fake account of snowglobe Emily 😂
It's okay, I'm the coolest of the two ;)
I didn’t even realize how long your hair was until you stood up. It’s so beautiful!!! Good for you for keeping that up :)
I prefilmed this video in March so I've cut a few inches since lol
I hate people in covers when it's real people. When it's a very pretty drawing I enjoy it though.
Same here, I like when it's art but it's always horrible when it's dramatic real people posing 😂
@@westonsbookworld777 Yeah, it always feel so cringey and unnatural when it's real people lol when it's art I just awe at it because it's so pretty (most of the time).
I agree. Although, I'm not always a fan of that either...
Girl, your hair is gorgeous! 😍
Woah you have such beautiful hair. I'm in love
I'm so excited for when you reorganize your bookshelves cause it's gonna be real good content. :)
I'm so overdue I have the most messy bookshelves on booktube 😂
We get to see a glimpse of the hidden book shelf teheheeeee😋
Omg I just noticed your on 70k! CONGRATULATIONS 🥳🥳 so happy for you! Your my favourite booktuber 😘
Please make that video when you fix ur shelf, watching cleaning videos is such a pleasure
Hey, unfortunate news...the one question was if you had a title exactly 10 letters long, not 10+ letters. Still, fun video and not a bad time!
Right?! I did a few mistakes but we'll blame it on the stress and French haha
My daughter, who is a MASSIVE Harry Potter fan also hates the Fantastic Beasts series, so you are not alone!!
I love deckel edges, have them on many of my hardcovers. It makes the pages easier to turn.
“So I guess I’m talking like the Queen now” EMILY 😂😂😂
LOOK AT ME, I'M THE QUEEN NOW!
Haha I love this tag! I like how you had the frantic mid-tag search mixed with the calm talking about the books you picked. :P
I'm literally making grabby hands at your shelves, I just want to organize them 😂😂
Can't wait for that shelves reorganisation video 🤩 btw your hair is goals - 100/10 😍❤❤❤❤
the number of times you answered a question with "yes and i hate it" made me crack up
I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!! Boom! Boom! Boom! That was great fun! Thank you!
I hate having people on my covers. Sometimes they look okay if they are cartoon characters, but usually no. I also hate mass-market paperbacks.
I was literally waiting to see if you'd grab Harry Potter because I was feeling you would since you're competitive. Everyone else made a point to pick anything but Percy Jackson and Harry Potter 😂
I avoided watching too many before doing it to avoid "already knowing" possible answers haha
For the book with a stamp one I wanted to shout at the scene I'll Give You The Sun!! Because that's what I thought of immediately and I was so happy when you picked it out lol!
I definitely recommend the Ember in the Ashes series. But like most YA fantasy series, the first book is not the strongest. Book 2 and 3 are way better in terms of plot development (as opposed to romance).
Could you do a top 10 favorite books you’ve read since you started BookTube?
Hahha when you chants “I have a clock! I have a clock!” That was so cute! >.
That's crazy when you picked I'll give you sun bc I was JUST looking at my goodreads profile page and saw they created a favorites shelf for me and that book was on it! Loved that book. Crazy timing!
I like stressed Emily... She's relatable 😂
I'm starting to have many personalities... salty Emily... stressed Emily... lol
Noooo, I love deckle edges. I like the feel and how they give a book a sense of style. But I'm with you on mass market paperbacks.
The Long Walk's premise is so simple (just walk forward) but that helps make it great!
I absolutely LOVE Saga, but I loved it right away lol. You should still give it a chance!
I absolutely love the ember in the ashes series, would highly recommend! There is a pretty prevalent romance but it’s very slow burn and I don’t think it takes over the story too much :)
I 500% recommend the Ember in the Ashes series. It’s one of my favourites and only improves with each instalment!!!
Your hair is goals like seriously! Also your level of competitiveness is also mine so I was laughing at your reactions LOL
My friend read the glass sentence and adored it so it might be good
Your edition of the Philosopher’s Stone is so pretty..
This was amazing 😂 also, your eyeliner is gorgeous!
Yes you should finish SAGA so good!!!
I really love it when you speak French!!
Love messy bookshelves!!!
Your hair is goals
I cut a few inches off since 😂
pleeeeease film you reorganizing your shelves!! honestly the most satisfying kind of video to watch
Stephen kings short stories are AMAZING!!
Yees!! I also didn’t like the second film of the Fantastic Beast series! You’re not alone 😘
BOOM 😂 loved this!
Only one I'm not sure of is the deckle pages.. I think I have one, but hate the way it reads. Also, don't often go for the fancy editions.
Would take me upwards of 20 minutes to find everything though - where mess is concerned you've got nothing to worry about 😅
Ember in the Ashes is definitely worth reading!
Hair goals 😍
You and Hailey both uploaded today and I’m so happy!!!!!!!
GO CANADA XD
The third question, I'm certain, is about fiction-ception. Like Stephen king's Misery.
Your "I wanna win" edit made me laugh so hard 😂
I don't think I have enough books to do this book tag lol
Not book related! I love how long your hair looks here!!!
I filmed this video in March before I had a haircut haha
It looks super pretty but damn it's so much work and a bit annoying... Still makes me want long hair again tho XD
@@BookswithEmilyFox ohhh I bet it gets everywhere being that long. I always have my hair shoulder length. I kinda don't have the patience to wait for hair to grow lmao
You have inspired me to get the audiobook for The Count of Monte Cristo. Thankfully, because it's public domain I can get it for a dollar in some versions [more than a few]. One version is 53 hours. 🧠... 🤯
I listened to all the audiobooks for the illuminae series and i actually really loved them and after looking at the ebook im glad i listened to them bc of all the different voice actors.
Glad to see someone who loves HDM too! Book 3 was so heartbreaking 😭 glad to be back in the same world for La Bella Sauvage. Also in case you didn't know, BBC is making a t.v. adaptation of HDM
Foundryside is lit, rad, and dank
You could do the how well do you know your books challenge! I think you'll have a lot of fun!
14:22 "The Other". I love how the sounded like French.
Felt the same way about Wayward Pines. Haven't read the book but first season was so good... didn't even fish second season.
Oh god, timed challenges stress me out so hard 😂
Have you read anything from Carlos Ruiz Zafon?! He's the best!!!! I love his books!!
I love this. I want to make one of these too but it looks soooooo stressful! Great video😁
You should!
It does sound stressful!
@@danialcarstairs8293 😂 maybe I will. I love watching these
@@hannahcameron9875 right? I stress out for the people doing it lol
I loved this tag!
I had no idea your hair was so long. It's fabulous.
Are you going to do an unhaul while you reorganise your shelfs? That would so much fun!
I did an unhaul earlier this month!
I did a follow along and these were the books on my shelves that I found:
1. The Binding 2. Mrs. Dalloway 3. Pride and Prejudice and Mistletoe 4. T-h-e-B-i-n-d-i-n-g 5. Swallowing stoneS 6. Jane Eyre 7. Vicious (that counts right? The Song of Achilles 15. The Fault in Our Stars (JG!!!) 16. Home Remedies 17. i give up Twilight is 498 and TMoC is 511 wtf 18. Pride and Prejudice 19. Maus 20. no but I plan to pick up Illuminae so eventually I will :P
Wow, your hair is so long and gorgeous! 😍 I'm not a fan of fantastic Beasts also, I feel like it tries to hit too hard ...
I don't have most of the stuff they ask for, so I think I would be pretty quick 😂
Nobody will care, I'm just writing this as I answer them for myself out of interest... :P

nope, loved crimes of grindelwald, zoe kravitz warms my heart
I feel the same way about Fantastic Beasts!! I feel like I should like it but I just couldn't get into it. It just did not feel like Harry Potter anymore
haha, I thought your shelves weren't that messy when we could only see the rainbow part and then you zoomed out :P
Unrelated ..... but could you put your lipstick colours your wear in videos in your description? You always have such Gorgeous lip colours😀
They're usually always the same 2-3 shades haha
I'm pretty sure this is Milani Matte Naked (usually the one I wear on this channel!)
BookswithEmilyFox thanks! Will defiantly be picking that one up😀
IT'S A STAMP!
DAMN YOU WOMAN!
I started reading Pines today on your recommendation!
Hope you’ll enjoy it! People either love it or hate it 😂
💕
It was supposed to be exactly 10 letters long😅 I would have loved to see you struggle with that one😂 And yeah the other one should be a retelling😂 but besides that please read An Ember in the Ashes! Give it a go, I think you won’t be disappointed in how dark it gets sometimes. I read it when it came out but I think I would still give it 5⭐️ today
I know hahaha I clearly read that wrong under the stress 😂
I struggled with the author with the same initials as you as well. Mine are EE. I looked up on my goodreads afterwards as well and I don’t own one 😫 wasted time.
Real people on the cover? Nope
Mass market paperbacks? No thanks.
All my books are in boxes otherwise I'd scramble to find them like you 🤣
Omg I’m filming this soon and I’m so scared 😂
Hey Emily! I'm pretty new to your channel, but it is amazing! I've watched quite a lot of your old videos in the past couple of weeks, but I was wondering if you have read The Woman in the Window by A.J Finn. I just finished it and absolutely loved it!!!! Would love to hear how you enjoyed it if you've read it, or fully recommend it! Thanks :)
I got 14 out of the 20 questions in 5 minutes and 48 seconds
what are your thoughts on the “his dark materials” show?? id love to see you react to it
It's coming out late this year right? I'm so excited!!
you should try jay kristoff and amie kaufman's new sci-fi series, auroria rising! it's in a normal novel format lol so you might enjoy it more than illuminae
An Ember in the Ashes is pretty basic and tropey ngl. I enjoyed the first book enough just as a simple read but I really didn't like the second one and ended up unhauling the series. Also, The Long Walk is my fave SK book as well omg
Yes I hate people on the cover too 😂
And I still haven’t watched the second Fantastic Beasts movie even though I love Harry Potter so much because I’ve heard not so great things haha
Which camera do you use?
How do u say " voyage" in english srllly the french in me is ON
u will love an amber in the ashes by sabbaa tahir nd torch against the night is 2n book for sure if u loved nevernight
Omg I had no idea your hair was so long!
I used to have a poetry book
I totally agree with you as a Potterhead, Crimes of Grindervald was AWFUL 🙃
Oh man, I agree with you and now I have no desire to watch the 3rd one when it comes out.
Alisha Reads & Rambles SAME.
yeah the initials question was the toughest one because my initials are EW so 🤷
I also hate people on the covers but i love sabaa tahirs books
I really enjoyed the Ember in the Ashes series, definitely recommend! Very fast paced and action packed, I think you'd enjoy 😁
All. That. Hair. 🧡🧡🧡🧡
E.M FORSTER!!!
Whaaat Im pretty sure everyone on the Internet hates The crimes of Grinderwald:) (myself inculded)
Oh that's so great to hear!!
The end was BS lol
Just started red sister because of you
Probably an unpopular opinion but, I didn't really like most of the Harry Potter movies(with the exception the movies for book 6,7), even though I am a big fan of the books.
16:24 LMAO I died :'D
Totally not on book topic, I never knew your hair was that long. Kind of jealous, my hair won't grow past my shoulders.
