How are you guys liking the new benchmarking tests? Or perhaps the look of the new studio? Let us know!
Lovely studio and good content. You're good at what you do. Perhaps the performance infographics need a little more elaboration? 2-4 mins more of content?
Seems nice and neat. But no need for background musics and it is needed to measure the thermal performance as well.
It was great, but it is not clear, was it with or without frame gen for DLSS 3?
I just bought one. Like you said, the performance is awesome. Too many reviewers overlooking this and complaining about the lack of Windows Hello.
People are never satisfied they will always complain about something. I just ordered the laptop too, cant wait to try it.
@@danzania7211 you won't be disappointed! It blitzes the HP Omen RTX3080ti desktop I sold late last year. Unreal!
Windows Hello isn’t a dealbreaker in our opinion, especially for a gaming laptop. Performance above all else for this generation!
How is it so far! NEED help! There is a big sale in my australia where this laptop 4080 version is $2669 USD ($3999AUD) a saving of $1070 usd looking to have this laptop as something i can edit professionally on, use for uni and game on i also have a ps5. Do you think its a good idea total of %29 off
@@GamingWithRed9backdid you end up getting this? Am looking at exact same sale, about $3950 with 3 year warranty. Also has 3.5% cashback so about $3800 aud.
Thank you for the review it answered my questions. Keep it up
This is EXACTLY the type of review I want to see. If you're gaming on a laptop the number one thing you're concerned about is performance, the screen you're getting and heat. So many reviews have claimed this thing is isn't as good as last years because "features" that nobody really needs to care about anyway are missing or because the touchpad is the same as last years. I even saw one review complain that they flipped the ethernet port upside down.
This laptop price is so reasonable over the ROG laptop, they do give us i9-13900hx + rtx4080, where I could save some money to spend on RAM upgrades, extra monitors and mechanical keyboard.
Can’t beat Lenovo when it comes to value.
What' the different between the Intel and AMD version?
And wich you advice? Intel is cheaper. But they got the same specifica tions in general!
@Terafied @1:30
It's part of the aesthetic of the laptop and is not a design flaw, especially when you consider that it is protecting the whole display from bumps.
We know! But some people might be irked by it. You know.
Please, show CPU & GPU temperatures (& FPS count) with all tested games
its great I have it, no worries m8 thermals are good, you can see jarrod tech review, I suggest undervolting it, I did through intel XTU core offset was -0.115v and cache is -.100 that is my sweet spot, I get 31k pts on cinabench.
Just bought the 4090 after some deals popped up. A lot of money and I hope I like it.
We reckon you will.
I'm getting this laptop too :)
Great video!
How here the temperatures?
Que sonho ❤
Hi. Whta do you think: Legion 7i or zephyrus M16, both with rtx 4080?
Zephyrus is slightly more portable. Go for Zephyrus if portability is of a concern.
@Terafied thx:) Yes, portability is one of the main goals:)
I'm freaking confused for the last couple of weeks. I'm willing to buy Legion 7 Gen 7 AMD Advantage. This Laptop has Ryzen 9 6900HX, Radeon RX6850M XT 12 GB GDDR6 Graphic card, 32 gb DDR5 ram, 2 TB SSD. It now costs around 2180 USD (previously it was 2800). Will it be better than 3070ti? or will this gpu equally perform with RTX 4070? And will it be good enough for content creation? And Is it worth for the price? please give me a reply.
If you have the option to go for the 40-series GPU, it would be much better. You get access to DLSS 3 FG and much more. But if price is of a concern, that 6850M XT is a heck of a deal!
@@Terafied but how's the battery life in RTX 4080 legion pro 7?
This thing seriously gets over 100 fps with raytracing enabled on 1440p in cyberpunk? Is there noticeable input lag? That’s insane to me 😵💫
4090 version worth it?
Will it run at these fps scores at 1080p if I get a 1080p monitor with it?
Yeap, for sure.
Did you tested those game with the laptop plugged in the charger or without because I just purchased the same
And the performance are very poor
Only if i plug in the charger is working as it should
Dude if you work out with 8 hours of sleep and stay hydrated throughout the day you’ll perform way better but if you work out with only 1 hour of sleep you won’t perform well.
I know my answer is so late but dude, every single gaming laptop MUST be plugged in during gaming if you want the real performance. Literally nobody should plug off his laptop while gaming unless you doing minor tasks or browsing or casual use
how is the laptop in long term gaming sessions?
Pretty comfortable to be very honest. No issues at all. Do play in an AC room however if you're in a place like Singapore.
Mayday mayday. I need immediate advice as I have to buy a laptop at earliest!
Options: ROG M16 vs Legion Pro 7i both configured with 4080.
Question: I like M16 personally but I want to run Microsoft flight simulator at max settings.
Can M16, 4080 run MSFS at max settings?
Both should perform relatively similar with the Legion Pro 7i getting the slight edge. In terms of max settings for MSFS, both should be really capable.
@@Terafied thank youuu! My day has been made :))
How are you running games in 4k? External monitor? Lenovo only sells a 1440p model
Yes, through an external 4K 144Hz monitor.
@Terafied is there any noticeable latency when using an external monitor?
NEED help! There is a big sale in my country australia where this laptop 4080 version is $2669 USD ($3999AUD) a saving of $1070 usd looking to have this laptop as something i can edit professionally on, use for uni and game on i also have a ps5. Do you think its a good idea total of %29 off
If you want to game and edit, then sure. It is heavy however, so do take that into consideration.
@@Terafied thanks for the reply!!!
Can you upgrade the ram?
Yes, the RAM on the Lenovo Legion Pro 7i can be upgraded.
@Terafied thank you for replying. I asked the people at B&H photo that are selling the 7i pro they said it can't be. Even though I'm finding online everywhere that it can be. So confusing.
good laptop to consider but too expensive way more than apple
Im gonna get this version or the 4090 version in about 2 months
The amount of powaaaaah!
16" is too small and you can't appreciate decent screen
I work at Lenovo but never buy anything ai there
Give it to me and I'll pay you in 2030.......
