Italian bread in the Zacme - ciabatta rolls

See how the Zacme mixer handles a double batch of my Italian bread dough. Made Ciabatta rolls, a rustic Italian loaf and a mini pan loaf.
Discovered some really neat features of the 5.5 qt mixer, such as safety shut off and safety lock of the mixer when head is tilted up. Automatically turning back on when tilt head is put down.
Play and pause! I thought that was only a feature of the bigger mixers but it’s not! Woohoo!
This video is also a great example of how to make my Italian bread in other mixers that use a whisk attachment.
