This, exactly. I play with my young son and your presentation is what I enjoy. I watch all of your uploads regardless of how often you drop videos. I might take me a bit, but I watch them all.
This might not resonate with you, but I believe that you should do what you enjoy. The views will do what they do, but if you enjoy what you are doing people see that. Forget all of the negativity, that’s just the internet. You can’t please everyone so just worry about enjoying yourself.

40, and I play with my son (12). He still carries me in duos, but it's not as embarrassing as it used to be. I just leveled up my first battle pass.

Congrats for making it to Unreal; those games from Champion onwards were rough. More duos content with Keviiner would be appreciated. I rekcon most of your viewers would like to see more.

That 2nd game was absolutely insane! I enjoyed watching solos and duos alike, both are interesting. Pleasing everybody all the time is just impossible, do what makes you happy!
I hope the next season’s loot pool is good I kinda want them to just make a simple pump, ar, tac, and smg make the game more enjoyable
I feel like people who have played a long time feel this way a lot. I've only been playing a few months and I'm really enjoying all the wacky items and how they impact gameplay.

I really enjoyed the series. Watched every game. Solos were like an extended "inside my mind" vids and the duo games just help me understand how to communicate and play paired up when i do play duos. Cant please them all though!! 😂 fav content creator, keep up the awesome work Jake.

Just wanted to say I love your videos! You shouldn't worry about trying to please everybody, I know for myself I watch you to learn and seeing different play styles from you in different types of matches is very helpful. If something is lacking there's plenty of other places where that could be fulfilled. I'd rather see you make videos you enjoy then ruin yourself in the video trying to please people that are never going to be pleased.

I've enjoyed this video series, especially when you played duos as those games are fun to watch. I enjoy Keviiners videos and seeing how you guys play together and communicate is super helpful and interesting. I think as a content creator you should definitely make the types of videos that you enjoy making, and not worry too much about pleasing everybody, I don't think it's possible.

Your content is great and you mixed it up with the duos, adds extra interest. some people always guna complain man, it could be perfect and someone would complain, thats just life. I hope you do this series again but maybe just so 1 edited video for each rank, that way there will only be maybe 8 vids but still capturing the key content. either way just have fun, keep it up and thanks as always, youve helped me a tone to improve! 🙂👊💪

I really liked this series. Even went back to watch the vids I missed. I understand your reasoning for not doing it again like this. If you don't enjoy doing it, it's probably not worth it. Do know that there's people like me that really enjoyed it. The playstyle at the end is more relatable than watching a duo getting 20+ kills in unreal lobby's (which also can be fun to watch of course). Anyway, thanks for the content!

Not sure about others, but I watch these video's more for the person than for the content. Of course the content must appeal, but I come back for watching a person. In this case, for you Evolve Jake, I like the way you talk, explain things, somewhat serious (you can use humor or just a smile more often) and being good at the game. Keep it up and have fun. For what it’s worth, I enjoyed all the videos. People on the internet are going to be people on the internet haha. Don’t do these videos if they’re not working for you though. I would definitely love more duos (or more) content from you in the future. Maybe something like an inside the mind video every few weeks but with duos? I know that’s hard, talking to the audience and your partner, but perhaps do like an additional voice over done after the game to explain things would make it better. Keep up the good work man!
That second game was crazy. GGs on unreal, I personally enjoy the solo matches better even if they are less eventful. Your commentary of the match and your reasonings is more interesting to me than just action packed duos. No hate, I watched 'em all, just personal preference.

My two cents… I really enjoyed this series! I did fast forward sometimes in situations where not a lot happened.
I hope you will revisit this in some form. Personally, I would love this in a shorter edited version to get more action. But I understand that that means a lot of time editing videos, and that you don’t have a full team behind you, like some of the bigger content creators.
Also, in my opinion it doesn’t matter much if the loot pool isn’t fully up to date because of an update. I understand if you feel otherwise.

Hi Jake just started playing Fortnite about a week ago, last game I played was worms Armageddon so these vids have helped me loads 👍 yr speed on running around and aim are fast to say the least, I’m getting quicker tho and shock waves are now in my inventory 😁👍

I do sometimes shoot into a bush to check it as I am approaching it to use it myself. But I do that in pubs and pubs are pubs.

Also I really liked the duo games. I don't think you were getting carried, just that Kev was much more W key than your style and as a result you ended up taking his lead a lot. Which is fine. As someone who duos a fair bit with my son and with friends, I personally really liked seeing how you worked together.
There’s a way to fly around with air bending that acts like a shockwave. You have to fizz then run, use double jump, then swap between airbending and another slot very quickly. It also helps if you have Cerberus dashes to gain additional height before you double jump. But there’s also only a week left with the avatar items. I just found out about this yesterday
Don't pay attention to people. They will always be frustrated. They don't stream , they play like shit but they will always know better than you !

Congrats on getting UNREAL RANK, regarding the water bending or other melee weapons- I don’t think they allow right shoulder peek advantage, hence you end up exposing fully your character. You mentioned that fortnite players can be emotions driven- could you in one of the future videos give us some hints how to stay cool, calm and collected 😎

34:15 the way I panick in the final fight, I wouldn't have even thought to switch shotguns at that moment and would've tried to continue to reload and took hella damage and possibly lost 😅
If you don’t do this again, please made a “Best load out for ranked” video. I started carrying bunkers/earth bending over a sniper because of these videos and my success skyrocketed. Loved the series, but I totally get not continuing it.

What a game. One question I’ve always wanted to know the answer to - how does everybody know the storm is a 1 or 2 tick without being in it? And in this case Keviiner knew the current was a 1 tick but the next would be 2?!

I understand what you said about double uploading griefing your other videos. However, I was hoping that once you reached Unreal, you'd team up with other creators who are in Unreal for duos or squads like maybe once a week for entertainment value, rather than 100% educational videos.
