Frozen fries are so much better in an air fryer than the black stone. Make sure to adjust the heat once your blackstone is fully seasoned. You will get the hang of it don’t return it.
@lindsaymarie1984 I have an air fryer and an oven, but can’t compare to black stone. The oven takes about 30 minutes more than the air fryer to crisp on average. It can honestly be a bit annoying to cook in an air fryer with certain frozen products, bc I notice it cooks to similar to the temp time of a stove for my frozen products.
@@lindsaymarie1984 most frozen foods taste amazing in the air fryer. Even chicken wings. I use mine a lot even for warming up pizza or reheating pita bread or garlic bread.

Great video, only one problem. You didnt fully smash the burgers, they should only be between 3-5oz patties, and caramelize the onions on the side, not underneath the unsmashed patties. I’m about to get a black stone too. Also I’ve seen your other videos and you’ve gotten so much better. I’m 38 but starting working at a restaurant using a flattop at the age of 12. Best thing, lots of butter, breakfast food works the best, meat, and buttered bread. Yet I’m sure you know that. Also you can make pasta on it. Pre cook it then dump it on with butter and the cheese/toppings and mix together. Again you probably know that since you’ve gotten better. Never give up lady. 🙂

Point being after all that I’ve learned kindness is what we need to move forward. I don’t think most will, yet the few of us can try. Sorry it’s long, again I’m 38, and retired with not much else to do. 🙂 Also don’t cry, be happy. Spread the love. 🦾🫡

I love your personality!!! ❤❤
Girl i can forgive you being new but the fries on the grill caught me off guard 😂
Rip to the two patties!! Y’all were some real ones!
When I cook for guests I always ask the Universe to help me get it right. It seems to help. Good luck to you!
My sister and I message each other literally asking to pray for the good of our dishes .. 😅 when we have a huge party to tend to
Lol. So you believe in the Universe?
@Gaby M no ♡
@@afrahkhan8059 that is so wholesome! It is so nice to see you two have a great relationship
The silence for them patties was too loud 💀
Girl it’s okay that looks fire man
Seasoning my blackstone took several hours, a lot of videos give you a shorter time so you dont get scared off and they keep you watching. Dont worry about the first time issues, its a whole new cooking experience, you'll come to love it:)
That shyt does not take hours wtf are y'all doing 🤣

@@phsychomonkey then what is she doing. Not cooking?
Hahah girl! Your honesty is the best! You’ll get the hang of it! My bro in law just got one and he’s suddenly become Bobby Flay 😂 keep at it!
You did an amazing job! dont be so hard on yourself ❤❤❤
I love that you’re vulnerable and admit your
mistakes. You don’t pretend everything is perfect and that’s a rare integrity quality people don’t have on social media. For that I’m subscribing!
Idk why the comment made me cry but Y^Y
@@sadgurlpodcast___7692 We just have to be nice to people. This world is full of negativity and we have to be kind. I grew up VERY poor living in cars and motels. Thus why I started cooking at a restaurant at the age of 12 in 1997. Then I went into the Army, got hurt in Iraq, and now medically retired. Point being after all that I’ve learned kindness is what we need to move forward. I don’t think most will, yet the few of us can try. Sorry it’s long, again I’m 38, and retired with not much else to do. 🙂 Also don’t cry, be happy. Spread the love. 🦾🫡
@@BuckyBarnesATL Based take, I couldn't agree more. Blessings to you and yours 🙏💫
I appreciate your transparency ❤ thanks for sharing your first experience with us and I really hope you don’t give up on this! You’ve got this girl !!
This was the most wholesome content i saw in a while in here.
Unfortunately, retail workers will hate you for trying to return a used black stone, so it's basically too late to return
Well done. Self confidence is the willingness to show up as you are! Life takes practice ⭐️
You dropping the 2 patties is the same level of clumsiness I am at, so that made me feel better 😂 you did a job 👏🏾
Thats when i say, 'I made a couple for the doggie.' 😁 no worries
That actually looks nice 😊
Your humility is commendable:)
Let’s be clear, you are not dumb. We all have to grow and learn. What we say about ourselves and how we talk to ourselves matter. You are a very smart and highly intelligent woman whose still learning.

Looks like you did a fabulous job for your first time! 👏👏
My dad has a black stone! We make smash burgers all the time and actually have the tool to smash them. I think it was definitely just a little bit of beginners luck. I would totally keep it because we live ours!
Love*
U can rdit it uk
I do too I love smash burgers!
Yes ours is weighted it also helps to make sure the meat is room temp not cold 😉
Beginners luck is being surprisingly good at something the first time you use it
