I love sitting down to your videos with a warm cup of tea. They are always so lovely! Congratulations on Squam! You have such an eye for simple, natural beauty, I think you’ll fit well. Hope you have a wonderful time!
I’m in the Southwest US and I still have the same yearning for more light in winter. I try to go outside a little while every day and that seems to help a little. I don’t think I’d make it in northern climates as much of a wimp as I am about cold. 😏
Questions? I’ve just been looking at interchangeable sets so I’ve got needles on my mind. Yours always look so lovely in your knitting, I’ve often wondered what you use and love. I also have wondered about your journey both in designing and moving to live in Latvia.

I hear you, RE: light. I cheer myself up by reminding myself that in less than a month the daylight starts staying longer! xo

Aw, congrats on Squam! That's so cool. For the Q & A, I think it would be fun to know which of your hand knits do you wear most often and which have you frogged or not worn at all. :)

Congratulations Melody! It seems to be a lovely and inspiring event, I’m looking into it to see if I can attend (prices might be non particularly affordable I believe). For the Q&A I’m curious to know what brought you to Latvia and if you see yourself living there for many years or if you plan to go back to France. I’m from Italy but currently living in the United States, so I’m always interested in hearing other people’s opinions and plans. Also, which method would you recommend for knitting socks for the first time: one small circular needles, two circular needles, one circular needle with magic loop, double-pointed needles? I think you addressed something similar in a recent video of yours, but I don’t think you gave a definitive answer regarding what’s the simplest method for beginner knitters. Last question is if you prefer metal or bamboo-like needles (I’m about to order some new circular needles and I would like your advice). Thank you. I’m always in awe of your patterns, I’m currently knitting Homestead and will start Iris in few days!

Such a lovely video of a day in your life :) I would like to know how you came up with the name Mandarines? And how you ended up in Latvia. Congrats on Squam - you will be a wonderful teacher and I think you fit just right into the awesome teacher team!

It's the wonderful @amirisu podcast! It's in Japanese without subs, but it's a feast for the eyes (and very good if you want to learn some Japanese!)

Congrats on the Squam! I wonder what is the name of that vegan coffee shop you are talking about. I am planning to visit Riga and will be really interested. Thank you
