Guys, 😂 Relapse came out in 2009. It was Em’s first album after him disappearing. During this time he was teaching himself how to rap again since he never did it sober. Detroit is known for Horror Core. It’s rap in the form of like horror movies. Please keep that in mind when you rate Relapse songs. The last song he recorded before the relapses album was “When I’m Gone” because really thought pills where going to end him. And “Beautiful” this is on relapse but it’s not a horror core song. It’s the only song he kept from before he went to rehab. I’m going to look to see if you all already reviewed “When I’m gone and Beautiful.” There personal songs, not bangers but still a really good listen.
??? "never did it sober" ?????????????????? this album had him teaching himself how to rap again because he just came back from an overdose that forced him to have to relearn everything
I think he still can. Music is art and art cannot be censored if you don't want it to be. Also you can only be canceled if you give a shit about what people think of you.
He didn’t get away with it back then either. He just didn’t give a damn. It was wild. There wasn’t anything remotely like him back then. Every where he went there were protests, there were hearings held in Congress about his lyrics, and he was investigated by the George Bush Jr’s Secret Service. In some foreign countries he was under threat of arrest when he performed. Dude has some serious testicular fortitude.
I totally agree with that group of songs if we replaced Vegas with “Fine Line”, a song so slept on bc not a lot of people know it. I think Vegas is cool that crazy way he was rapping but it’s words aren’t as good as the other ones you mentioned (just in my opinion 👍)
You know what. I didn’t like” Vegas” the first time I heard it so I never really listened to it. I’m gonna go listen now and see if I still feel the same way lol
biterphobia isnt one of his first tracks, he had dozens before that, (probaly one of his first good tracks) but definitely react to it, it is without doubt one of his most underrated
React to Eminem's Evil Twin and Groundhog Day. Crazy songs! Also his song Bad Guy is a continuance of his Stan song. It's from the perspective of Stan's younger brother, Matthew. Awesome song. Also, the people telling y'all not to be mad over Louis CK saying the N word, are morons.
This is off the Relapse album, which I pretty much equate to a horror movie in hip hop album form. It’s…. A lot. Creative for sure, but the content of the lyrics aren’t for everyone.
Em once described this album (Relapse) as an example of what happens when a rhyme goes “bad” and it explains this album perfectly. Also the “end credits” is Em acting as Ken Kaniff. Historically he is actually Marshall’s bully from school. Now, em uses that Eric Cartman voice and makes a ton of homosexual innuendos while pretending to be Kaniff, lol it’s the ultimate “fuck you” Edit: Bad meaning crazy, dark, evil etc btw YOU GOTTA react to Groundhog Day
It is though! He just changed some small details to hide some sensitive stuff. * For example, his little sister is supposed to be Hailie. But he didn’t want hailie to be involved in that all so he chose to call her his sister. * the guy his girlfriend cheated on is just showing it in another timeline. Almost everything is real just that he changed some details for his personal best.
this song was epic and under appreciated because it was eminem finally going back to his roots of how he used to rhyme. That's why the beat is the way it is. For years after Eminem Show etc... people wanted Eminem to rap like he used to. And after like 3 CDs it was more focused and hit driven.... this song was on the very end of the CD and was a shocker because he used his old flow and style... By the end of the CD you didnt expect him to go back to his old style... then suddenly this song came on, and it was like 8 years of waiting and he finally did it again
Two things, firstly there’s the character “slim shady” Em made up, and he just says the wildest shock value shit. Things you’re so shocked it’s unreal he’s saying it but that’s the reaction he wants. Then once people knew him nothing fazed us anymore, we’d expect it lol He’d bring him out on some songs, it’s who made him really. His first lyrics to ever be said in his career was “Hi Kids, do you like violence? Do you want to see me stick 9 inch nails through each of my eyelids” in his first song “My Name is” but he got crazier and crazier lol When he was singing at the end, he made up this character “Ken Kaniff” and he sounds like that and the two little songs he sang at the way end were the chorus to two of his songs (with different words obviously lol)
@@MasteRgamer-mk5bp yeah, fair enough. " i want eminem to release infinite remastered. such a good chill album, It shows how em always had it, but how hes progressed so much,.

Honestly...the best part about these reactions is the struggle for the group to understand EM's references. While this feels like I'm talking shit I will say I watch a lot of your reaction videos so I do enjoy what you guys make. I just cannot handle the struggle. Makes me laugh all the time. I love it. At the end that was a character that Eminem used to play in his older albums. His name was Ken kaniff and it always made me laugh and at the same time be like wtf lol
Did you see Eminem call in on lil Wayne's show and lol Wayne was like em I have one question is ken kaniff still around.. .and Eminem does ken kaniff and says he's gotta bring him back 🤣
Thinking you might start to dive into some more of Em's backlog of tracks to enjoy. Stuff that you get to hear the youth and energy of Em's voice more than his modern stuff and when he had more "bragging" lines. Something like "Business" or possibly "Bitch Please 2".
When em said “cut your fuckin head off and ask where you heading off too get headed of to” and that “what” was the best part of the reaction Eminem is 🐐
At the end of the song those are all Eminem's music songs I just can't think of the names right now but they're really good songs and I recommend you listen to them if you can figure it out
this was when Em was on some serial killer type shit. At the end that was a character that has made appearances throughout his early albums called Ken Kaniff.
Love the channel, great reactions. Has no one ever recommended anything from Bad Meets Evil to you all? Or am I missing them in your play list. EM and Royce have some absolute bangers together.. they are great in their own right but when they compete on a track it’s unlike any duo in the genre.
