Watching Coach Lockey play golf is probably the most informative and thorough walkthrough of a course that money can buy. He and Rory really do explore ever inch of a golf course and then some.
you boys look tired #2hourssleep and it shows straight away with the comedy grumpiness from the lockmeister :) and you mark cannot resist a little wind me up . pure brilliance Vegas Baby!
Let's get stuck in Vegas Baby! ha ha. I like Matt's use of the cart paths, creative golfing. Short holes but those funky greens, would've sent me running for a drink. Hope you enjoyed Vegas.
It's great to see you both playing in my back yard. I have played all of the courses that you played in Vegas. Sloping fast greens and narrow fairways. Welcome to Vegas baby.
Wow! Mark and Matt on a course that I have played. For anyone in Vegas this course is a great layout and is in very good shape. It's a short cab ride from the strip and is very reasonably priced. The rental clubs were very nice Callaway sets too. It can get windy though.
This is a great little golf course. I've held 8 golf camps on this course. It's build on 100 less acres than you need for a full 18 hole course. The berms on both sides are so high you can't see another hole from the hole you are on. Fairways cross each other, you share tee boxes going in different directions to save land. The only thing Billy Walters missed when he made this course is not lighting it so you could play golf all night long. If he had it would be the place to play in Vegas at night no doubt. Either that or sell it to Hooters for their golf tournaments. If you know what I mean. ------------ guys be sure you check out Top Golf while you are there.
You're here (or were here) in Vegas???? Hope you had fun here Mark :) Not the most amazing courses like the ones I see in your vlogs, but we have fun here with what we got :)
OMG ! Vlog time again and the muppets are back in Vegas baby ! Been to Vegas but never played while i was out there , wished i did , course looks very good ! I see coach has listened to the army and hitting his tee shots to the blocky right , #pathmyball #areyoureallypros #gurugang #lockeyarmy
Mark, go to your hitting bay,... walk over to the poster of Monty,... look down and to your left,... grab that MP-650 driver,... give it a go in a vlog.
Played there also was the pro challenging you guys on a par 3 closest pin? He offered me double what ever I put down $$$ the catch was you had to spend it in there pro shop
I Love this Thank you Mark I played Vegas I tried to tell you coach Lockey before you went, I even emailed you, when you see the Mountains and it looks up hill IT IS NOT IT IS DOWN,, when you putt and you see strip and it looks down Hill fast NO NO it is as SLOW AS can be , toward strip is slow looks down hill up it is uphill,, course is built on side of mountain .. HELP ME PLEASE I want to play with you guys
+spud_.308 Skip to the 2nd hole? Play the first hole backwards (i.e., wedge off the tee, 3W into green)? or play the first hole mentally on the range right before you tee off?
Hi mark when will you be able to play the kendlshier golf club in Bristol area I can get you a free game if you want I play off 21 I and 13 and my dad is 9 so just reply back and I posted this on the cobra f6 video
For one, it feels weird with the change in ball position, two it's a confidence thing (you aim left and think "what of I hook it), and three it's not even trying to fix an underlying problem and more of just hoping it works well.
+Jalan Hart I just know that I hit my driver straight right 9 times out of 10, so after a year of missing fairways to the right, I aim left. Didn;t Lee Trevino aim way left and play for a block;? I just think with the percentage that Lockey hits it right, it would not hurt keeping everything the same and simply aiming a bit left. Fixing any issues should be done off the course IMO. Mark actually did a lesson with a fella who had great dispersion, but they were all about 10-15 yards right of target, and the solution was to "aim left". The guy was rather reluctant in the manner you are, after a "fix" to prevent hitting it right, but if the outcome is the same (hitting target) wouldn't using your current accurate swing be better than trying to correct it? Just my opinion and not trying to force anything on anyone :-D
+Jalan Hart And that's why so many " teaching pro's " drive BMWs and their pupils have rusty 20-year-old compacts . They aren't teaching a way to survive during a poor round , only a theoretically correct swing , which most tutors can only manage 50% of the time .

Happy to see you guys on a course again. Thanks for the great videos and great support on my golf game and entertainment. You two are a blast to watch.

I love watching Lockey play, its like angel and devil. I always laugh which is what golf should be about, having fun.

Hopefully you had the chance of playing Boulder Creek. One of the best maintained courses in Vegas
You're here (or were here) in Vegas???? Hope you had fun here Mark :) Not the most amazing courses like the ones I see in your vlogs, but we have fun here with what we got :)
Good to see you two got to deal with what we do all the time on the desert courses. Haha
Loving the "see ya later" inside a minute.

Yes!! It's been too long. #VegasMYgolftrip
Missed you chaps.
I don't think the grass was dormant. I'm pretty sure the rough is Bermuda and the fairways are overseeded rye
Is there any fairway on this course? Just wondering because 3 holes in and I haven't seen either of you on one yet 😂
what pair of trousers are you wearing coach lockey they look smart....
What are the hole looking things in the flag stick?
Hi Mark. With quick down hill puts what is your opinion of hitting the putt out of the toe to reduce pace for similar swing? thanks
I'm playing a tournament there in March any good tips as I've never played the course.
I really do hope that not all holes has that inferior car sound on it. Looks like a great few holes so far, but the noise would make me insane.
wolf creek golf course if you're in Vegas!
Nice quiet relaxing course. It's like being behind a jet airplane all day.
Question guys, what equipment do you use to show the ball flight lines?
Finally a course vlog
Are you not well above sea level in Vegas ? About 2000ft ? hence, the ball going further
What is a pudder?
Mark, go to your hitting bay,... walk over to the poster of Monty,... look down and to your left,... grab that MP-650 driver,... give it a go in a vlog.
Mark is the pro at mind games...
Have you made a video analysing your approach shots or would you just attribute your challenges to lack of practice??
Total lack of gaming practice.
What model camera are you using?
Where are the Grip more shoes when you need em
Would've loved to have seen the casino action even if it was secret filming.
if we could have a little more traffic noise that would be great😋
Played there also was the pro challenging you guys on a par 3 closest pin? He offered me double what ever I put down $$$ the catch was you had to spend it in there pro shop
They should call this course Desert Sands after all that bunker play!
This looks like #jetlagmyround compensated by #caffeinemyround . loving the vlogs guys. Can't wait for the rest. Thanks.

"If the length is right, it will be pin high"
Please vlog your nights out in Vegas pleaseee
I Love this Thank you Mark I played Vegas I tried to tell you coach Lockey before you went, I even emailed you, when you see the Mountains and it looks up hill IT IS NOT IT IS DOWN,, when you putt and you see strip and it looks down Hill fast NO NO it is as SLOW AS can be , toward strip is slow looks down hill up it is uphill,, course is built on side of mountain .. I often do what poor Matt did on 1st hole. What's the fix for that?
+spud_.308 Skip to the 2nd hole? Play the first hole backwards (i.e., wedge off the tee, 3W into green)? or play the first hole mentally on the range right before you tee off?
Mark, how did you play before rangefinders were invented. 120 to 160 #shortmysight
Quickest #lockeyout love it
If you need a Vegas golf course guide I'm happy to help let me know

Hi mark when will you be able to play the kendlshier golf club in Bristol area I can get you a free game if you want I play off 21 I and 13 and my dad is 9 so just reply back and I posted this on the cobra f6 video
+joseph hastings how can you play off 2 handicaps?
No I play off 21
joseph hastings oh you meant your age, never mind.
new haircut for Paige lockey?
If Lockey is so reliably right with his driver, why not aim left and play for the push?
For one, it feels weird with the change in ball position, two it's a confidence thing (you aim left and think "what of I hook it), and three it's not even trying to fix an underlying problem and more of just hoping it works well.

+sameasabove oh don't get me wrong, I absolutely agree with you. I'm just giving you the more "teaching pro" answer that most would give...
+Jalan Hart And that's why so many " teaching pro's " drive BMWs and their pupils have rusty 20-year-old compacts .
They aren't teaching a way to survive during a poor round , only a theoretically correct swing , which most tutors can only manage 50% of the time .
+Leftienige Blank exactly...100% completely agree
