I could only hope to shoot a buck like that hey blue gabe im here in north Carolina I just had a stroke last week I had a heart attack two years ago I haven't been able to hunt for a long time now but im glad I am just able to watch you and your brothers video im blessed by the content thanks more than you know brother ❤️
Heck I be happy to get some deer meat again I have a recipe for you to try for back strap well you could probably do it for a roast as well but you take your meat and take bacon strips and lay them out course black pepper and an what ever seasoning you like and sprinkle it on it and roll it up in the bacon and place it in tinfoil but before you seal it up put about a jar of blackberry preserves in with it cook it on 350 until you like it then while its resting pure the drippings in a sauce pan and add a little more blackberry to it until your thickness liking serve over rice
