      These settings will help give you the best chance at holding a clear stream. BUT just know that its natural for streams to be a little less clear during motion due to the amount of pixel and frames your PC has to render and send out. Also the stability of your internet is a big factor. I have fast speeds but the stability is poor so those speeds fluctuate and sometimes lead to pixilation. Those are things you cant really help

      This may sound like a dumb question but are you wired in? Is anyone sharing your internet? I have 40 upload speed and my bitrate can barely hold 6500. Sometimes, even though we run a speed test for our paid for speeds, it wont always output that. Also are you gaming on the same PC youre streaming from? Sorry I dont have an exact answer yet. • @AskCory
      @AskCory  2 роки тому +1

      Typically it's recommended you try and output a bitrate of at least 6500 for 1080p. If you're computer or internet can only handle 5000 then maybe try bumping down to 720p. 720 will look better at 5000 bitrate than 1080 will

      Hey man, to be honest its really tough to say. When it comes to fast paced games and a lot of motion, thats typically the deal with streaming. Those moments are less quality. Ive had many people tell me my stream looks so good and I myself still think it looks like crap at times haha. But ive come to accept that on the higher motion games, thats the gig. It'd be easier to keep a clean image on a dual PC setup which I dont have yet. Any chance you could list me the settings you've been streaming with? I know its a lot but the more info I have to look at the better

    • @Keiffy75Games

      @its Scarn What's your twitter Ill dm you screen shots would be Much Easier! and people tell me the same thing, that it looks fine! but i dont lol! but like you said i've learned to deal with it, its in games not that there's a lot of motion, just a lot of shit happening in general! Like AC Valhalla, i've been streaming The Anniversary Edition of Skyrim and does it in that as well, not as bad, but close to it! 1 thing i did fix that fixed it a lot was i had the Enforce streaming Encoder setting, i turned that off cause realized it was stopping my GPU from rendering it, so in * OUTPUT- have NVENC NEW Selected, CBR now is at 7000, but was adjusting it between 6000-9000 for the 1080p60, 2 key frames Prestse set to Quality, Profile is set to High Max B frames is 2, Look ahead is NOT selected, Psycho Visual Tuning is Selected.* * VIDEO setting are Base Canvas res, is 2560x1440 Output scaled to 1920x1080, Downscale Filter is set to Lanczos 32bits @60fps* *ADVANCED- Process Priority Set to High was told to select Dynamically change bitrate when dropping frames while Streaming so that is checked off, as well as Enable new Networking Code, Enable Browser source Hardware Acceleration checked as well*

    • @AskCory
      @AskCory  2 роки тому +1

      @@Keiffy75Games twitter is linked down below or just search itsScarn and you’ll see I have the same prof pic. All those settings are good, only thing I would say is disable Dynamically Change Bitrate. That is basically telling your PC not to prioritize holding your bitrate to maintain a clean image so it will Dynamically change it to a lower one if it feels stressed or your internet isn’t holding it well. But if you’re saying your internet is good and your PC can handle it, I’d turn it off. I have mine on because even though my internet is 40mbps, it fluctuates a TON so sometimes it may dip to under 10 and my stream starts to crash. The dynamically change bitrate will lower my bitrate automatically when that happens so instead of my streams being choppy and dropping frames, the quality just gets worse but doesn’t skip. Hope that made sense

    • @AskCory
      @AskCory  2 роки тому +1

      Okay good I was going to say at that birthdate trying to push 1080p wouldn’t be worth it. I can say from personal experience that my internet isn’t the greatest and there are moments that my speeds dip or simply can’t hold the bitrate and the quality dips on stream. This is something we can control unfortunately. Since most games you play aren’t very fast paced I don’t think the game is the problem. FPS games can be a lot of rendering and then out pixely. Also know that even too streamers have moments throughout their stream where quality dips. It’s the nature of streaming. Would you say the majority of your stream looks fine and only moments turn out bad or mostly bad? Could also be your PC itself can’t handle the workload. It’s hard cause there could be a million things wrong and only trial and error can solve it if you don’t know the issue
