Suspicious Spectator Doesn't React to Trump's Attempted Assassination

This guy looks extremely suspicious. He looked to the left and right while the whole crowd was focused on Trump. When the shots are fired, he didn't flinch at all. Making him look like he knew what was going to happen. In other words, it is extremely suspicious.
