When zmech power runs out you can stay longer in it by using rocket ability.... Also with the right timing you can boost the mech towards the enemy with the sprint abilitys when power runs out, you will then get out where you are and then the zmech does its sprint b4 exploding, but this trick/glitch is not that easy to do and needs practice.
